I'm a lifelong musician, and hold an Associate's Degree in Music from Sierra Community College in California, a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Sacramento State University in California, and a Master's Degree in Music from Northwestern University. I spent a summer studying music in Italy, and am an alumnus of the Aspen and Tanglewood Music Festival training programs. As a performer, I have spent 21+ years performing as a pianist, 12+ as a violinist, 10+ as a conductor, and 8+ as a classical singer.

I have spent 10+ years working as a teacher in both private and classroom situations, including over 6 years teaching at the college level.
