I've been teaching Broadway Singing for 10 years and my students have gone on to sing and act in an array of Musicals around the world. Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to sing with greater capacity and as time goes on you'll be able to sing with much greater power, range and style. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels and I can't wait to meet you!

I have studied voice for over ten years, and have been teaching voice professionally since 2015, including two years of teaching experience at the university level. My students have ranged in age from graduate students, to high schoolers, and have been admitted to prestigious conservatories and ensembles. I am comfortable teaching all genres. My goal is to help you find your voice, and discover how to use it as well as you possibly can!

My Vocal Coaching exists to train & equip influential artists to encourage & inspire others through music. I provide both vocal coaching & songwriting classes. All training is taught through a biblical perspective, with the purpose of impacting the world for Christ.

With a Master Of Music degree in Voice Performance from Boston University, I am passionate about helping each student discover his/her unique voice. A student of the esteemed operatic soprano, Phyllis Curtin, my pedagogy is founded on the principles of classical bel canto technique. With strong emphasis on maintenance of a coordinated singing posture and fully supported diaphragmatic breathing, my teaching allows most students to see improvements in ease and beauty of tone within two lessons.

I do believe that time spent outside of one's lessons applying the technique in private practice is THE MOST important building block to mastery of one's voice. I encourage all students to record their lessons for use in their private practice. Objectively listening to yourself and developing a discriminating ear for your sound is essential to successful development.

Amanda has performed in national tours of musicals. She trained at the University of Central Oklahoma's music theater program. She develops an individualized approach to your needs and desires. You will get to choose your repertoire as well as learn vocal techniques to help you perfect the control of your voice so you will be able to apply it to everything you sing in the future. Legit and Broadway Belting styles can be taught as well as Opera. We'll have tons of fun!
