Broadway Singing Lessons in Unionville. Amazing Teachers.

I have many students that have or are performing on Broadway, in London's West End shows, on National tours and Las Vegas Broadway shows such as:
Dreamgirls, Spamalot, White Christmas, Lion King, Miss Saigon, Saturday Night Fever, The Producers, Mary Poppins, We Will Rock You, West Side Story, Hairspray to name a few.

I have been a singer for over 20 years and have worked with a myriad of coaches and choir directors all over the US. I've been in over 15 musicals including lead and starring roles. We will work on diction, support, tone, emotion, staging, sight reading, and music theory.

I've been teaching broadway singing for 12 years and my students have gone on to receive scholarship money from colleges and entrances to performance high schools. Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to grasp foundational singing and breathing technique and as time goes on you'll be able to start adding to your repertoire. I specialize in audition preparation/creating shows/building repertoire, typically use opera books, and have the following tools available for your lessons: composition book and a pen/pencil. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels and I can't wait to meet you!

Musical theater has been my passion/life since I was young and I can help you sing all the various styles that musical theater calls for today. I can especially help you prepare for auditions and learn how to balance the singing and acting into it.

Every student is a unique person who deserves a lesson customized to their individual needs. Each of my students prospers in an atmosphere of patience and encouragement. While the lessons are fun and enjoyable, the serious student will be supported in the development of skills leading to a rewarding career. And the more casual students will grow in an appreciation of music that will always enrich their lives.

I begin each voice lesson with a warm-up to prepare the student for their session. Next, we do a series of exercises specially designed to help each individual develop their skill in a way that best fits them. We then work on a piece of their choice for the remainder of the lesson, perfecting their technique and helping them become performance ready. I teach with patience and fun because I feel that this is the key to achieving goals and inspiring a good habit of practice. No experience is necessary, that is what I'm here for!
