Great Lesson!

As I am an older adult piano student with many years of experience playing organ and digital keyboard, including publicly and for hire, I was uncertain which way to go when I decided to add piano (and ultimately jazz piano) to my repertoire. After considering a number of options (online teaching programs, books, YouTube videos, and various instructors), I decided to employ Holly's vast musical expertise. I was impressed that she had a proposed lesson plan right off the bat, and she convinced me that starting with classical music may be the way to morph my way into jazz piano. I knew as a fact that many jazz musicians had their start that way. Holly has been very patient with my learning the whole new way of playing that a piano entails (no more relying on the built-in bells and whistles of an arranger keyboard). I would recommend Holly for adult students as well as children. She knows her stuff. And if she gets mad if I don't play something right the first time, she sure doesn't show it (mainly because she DOESN'T get mad at all). But my biggest recommendation comes that she is darn passionate about what she does.

Holly is an incredible pianist and teacher. Always patient and understanding. She always has the answer to questions I have and can explain it clearly. I would recommend Holly to anyone looking to learn piano the correct way.

Jamie is an excellent teacher. He is very knowledgeable, a great communicator and a nice person. I started improving from the very first lesson. Jamie is also very encouraging, which is so very important when learning new skills. Highly recommended!

James is excellent sax player and I appreciated that he personalized the lesson for me.

Bridget is a fantastic teacher. She is easy to understand and very patient. She goes a little to fast so I think she could slow down a bit but otherwise she is a great teacher.

Bridget is an amazing piano teacher. My 9 year old daughter loved that she would help her with pop songs as well as the traditional lesson book. She also helped her with voice audition songs for her musical theater group. We highly recommend!

Cindle is a great teacher and is patient and encouraging! My first lesson focused on assessing my ability and she gave me some tips to begin improving. I look forward to getting better!

Matt is an incredible teacher. He is always able to break things down in a way that I can understand. He's patient and kind and makes learning and playing fun.

He was always ready to respond to my questions and respected my own ideas about what i was trying to accomplish. Matt is patient, open, and prepared for the lessons.
