I am a soloist, chamber music artist, and music teacher based in Las Vegas, and I currently have openings in my studio for private harp students! I would love to share my love of music and of the harp with you.

I've been teaching harp and piano for several years in the D/FW metroplex. My passion is to help students discover and develop their love for music! My teaching philosophy is to cater to each student’s individual needs, all the while keeping a fun, positive, and forgiving learning environment. I offer musical instruction on note reading, technique, theory, aural skills, music history, etc. along with fundamental life skills including responsibility, time management, self-confidence, and professionalism.

I am a harpist at heart since the day I set my eyes on this angelic instrument at the age of 12. Every sound made is immediately comforting and soothing. My experience ranges from teaching children and adults of all backgrounds. I founded Harp4all Music Conservatory and have regular harp ensemble practices and recitals. I teach from several method books including Harp Olympics and Fun From the First. My teachers include Susan McDonald, Elizabeth Richter, Ellie Choate. Susan McDonald has strongly influenced my teaching style and performance.

I am a very experienced harpist, holding over 20 years of experience. I have performed in over 4,000 concerts and have had the privilege of performing as the Principal Harpist at St. Petersburg Opera Theatre and Mariinsky Theatre in Russia. I also hold a Master’s degree in Harp from the St. Petersburg Conservatory in Russia.

I believe lessons should be fun and expansive journeys. I enjoy truly connecting with each student in a light, enjoyable atmosphere. Lessons are tailored to meet each student where they are at, while still pushing them at a rate that inspires them. Positive reinforcement and constructive feedback are always used, while negative criticism is not. I specialize in teaching proper harp technique designed to allow the player to play for a lifetime! If pain arises from playing students will never be asked to push through pain or discomfort. Rather, we will find a different approach that works. Lastly, I love working with students on pieces they really love. No piece of music is off limits! We can make any song work on the harp!

I teach beginning and intermediate students on harp. I have been teaching and performing on harp for 15 years. I use the Suzuki Harp Method and Play the Harp Beautifully as my standard textbooks.
