I have performed in many types of ensembles an played many different instruments. Through my graduate and undergraduate studies, I was well immersed in ear training, music theory, and music history, and trumpet performance.

In my Semper Method, we always address several of them at every session. For example, we record, sing and play all the time. To sing you should be able to pick out intervals at the piano, or better yet, accompany yourself and everyone needs some music theory. So it really is all one thing.
