I am a well-rounded drum teacher, meaning I have learned and studied genres ranging from blues, jazz, rock and indie rock. I will give you tons of music to listen to and interpret and teach you how to learn tunes by ear. You will understand the forms of jazz tunes such as aaba Aba and abc. You will learn how to play the tunes you listen to and take the concepts of drum beats and drum rudiments used within them o make them your own and use them in your original playing. I also teach how to read standard drum notation, and can teach you how time signatures work and the values of notes if you don’t already know.

About Eli

Hi future students! I’m Eli. I know how tough it is to teach yourself an instrument, because I struggled with it for years and years. One of my biggest issues was learning how to practice, so if that’s something you struggle with, I can certainly help you develop a routine to which you would follow

After his first session, my son (10 years old) said Eli was, "really nice." They reviewed a lot, Eli asked a lot of questions about previous experiences and and listened to him play. Sounds like it was a packed session but not overwhelming.

Danilo is a really great drum teacher. Challenging, but also meets you at what ever level you're at. When limbs don't know how to rally together for a new thing, he's a very good cheerleader until it comes together or helps make it make sense to break through that wall. Enjoys good music too. Super recommend.

Great teacher. Fills me with confidence. Also it is awesome and inspiring to hear him play.

Danilo is great! He adjusts each weeks lesson to adapt to my needs. Patient, easy going, and very knowledgeable about what I need to work on and giving me exercises to work on between lessons. Highly recommend!

Your time and money is too precious to waste on a mediocre teacher. My students get results from the very first lesson. For over 20 years I've helped students of all ages go far beyond their goals; whether it's learning a favorite song, getting in a band, winning music scholarships, or learning music for school ensembles. My lessons are tailored to your interests and taught at your pace.

About Gerald

Not all teachers are the same. I've had great success as a student and a teacher; making me the best choice to help aspiring drummers reach their goals.

HIRE GERALD NOW! I've had online lessons with several teachers before Gerald. He is absolutely the best! Even over the internet he can immediately zero in on what you're doing right, wrong, then show you the quickest and easiest way to get better. The sound quality of his studio is better than any other drum teacher. Instead of using the horrible mic that's built into a laptop or iPad that distorts and sounds terrible, Gerald using a dozen professional mics to give you superior sound during every lesson. He simply gives the best experience.

Charles Stewart is a very personable instructor. This first lesson was very well - paced. He explained everything in detail and he gave me enough practise in the lesson so that I know what to do, on my own, during the week.

Great teacher. Very patient and observant. He tells you where your strengths and weaknesses are and develops a plan to assist you in overcoming your weaknesses. My left hand is weak but the more I practice on the assignments the more I become confident in my success.

My son’s first lesson went really well! Mr. Charles was really accommodating - as we were running late and he patiently waited and completed our full first session. My son is already looking to his next lesson.

I'm inspired to impart a vibrant love for the art of drumming to my students. I value giving students a strong foundation in the fundamentals of rhythm, technique and all styles of music, as well as exploring the individual and creative interests of each of my students.

I have degree in Music Education from CU Boulder (2012) with a special interest in jazz studies, improvisation and classical percussion. I also have thorough experience with traditional Indian spiritual music known as kirtan. I have taught middle school music in Denver public schools as well as privately for ages ranging 7-30. Studied with various professional musicians around Colorado, including Paul Romaine, Mike Marlier, Brad Goode, John Gunther and Doug Walter.

All in all, music is an art form meant for cultivating the human spirit and enriching life. My desire is to impart this gift to my students through the art form of drums, rhythm and creativity.

About Bryan

I specialize in teaching beginning and intermediate students from ages 7-18. I can work with all types of learners and help them get a good foundation in rhythm, technique and basic drumming styles. I have been playing drums and music for over 15 years in various formal and informal settings a

Our son loves his Drum lessons.

Benk is very flexible, affordable and our son took to him very well. He even records what he has learned each week so we both can keep track of his progress. He is much more affordable then other drum teachers or studio's in the area, and even will come to your home.

"Highly recommend Ronen as a drum instructor! I recently started to take lessons for the first time at the age of 52. Ronen has made this experience so much fun. He is so knowledgeable, extremely patient and understanding. He balances each lesson with not only teaching technical skill but also the history of various drum techniques which makes it so interesting. He is a great teacher and it is a privilege to take lessons from him!"

"Lets start off with Andrew, he is a great teacher. He is straight-forward when he needs to be, and doesn't beat around the bush. However he is highly considerate and friendly. As a high school student in a high competition area, my fellow percussionist lack guidance in terms of what to know about drums/percussion. I came into the year having bad technique, poor reading skills (reading music), and not a lot of confidence in playing in front of my class (solos required by school). Andrew was able to help me with all of those things. Also, i never feel rushed, and you can go at your own pace, yet some how there is always improvement. If your having any doubts, one lesson would clear those up. All in all, Andrew is a great teacher, and i look forward to continuing my lessons with him. (I have had about 18 lessons with him so far)"

"I'm an older student with no ambitions of making drums a career at this stage in my life. I just wanted to learn what I had been putting of for decades and become a respectable amateur. Keith starts with the fundamentals and mixes in a bit of "fun' now and again to keep things interesting. His experience is evident and he tailors the lessons to the student's skill level and goals which is important since no two students are alike. While not directly relevant to me, his industry experience and the stories he shares are fascinating and keeps the lessons interesting. There is more to music then just notes on a page. I highly recommend Keith to anyone who want to learn this wonderfully frustrating instrument."
