I encourage students to pick their favorite songs, and we drum to those while learning proper technique, rudiments, song form, fills, rhythm, different grooves / beats, and anything they want to know about the drums. Will was everything I expected. I was looking for someone to teach naturally as opposed to rote (boring) learning. I'm sure Will can do rote but he did what I asked.

He really knows his music and can teach in a way that gets my son directly into actually playing music, which is exactly what I was after.

He’s really flexible and can take anything and turn it into something good.

The pace was spot-on, matching perfectly the maximum my son could understand at the time.

I think my son learnt the absolute maximum he could in that short space of time and he learned a LOT.
