calvin so far is a great teacher I am 78 years old and have had 5 teachers so far and no luck playing the banjo. calvin actually gave me home work which I love. instead of asking me what I want to do. I would not get a teacher if I knew what to do and I love the drop box.

"Rodrigo is the best teacher! He has a keen understandings of main concepts of music and showed me the proper postures and fingerings of the instrument. While he was teaching me how to play the instrument, he also introduced me a various genres and styles of music. He is very knowledgeable of music theory such as chord transpositions, terminology, as well as the musical notations. He also was willing to modify the lessons to meet my needs and abilities so that I can be successful. He truly is a multi-talented teacher and very very nice one, too. Most of all, it was so fun to take lessons from him."
