I have developed a standardized, systematic approach to guitar instruction based on the belt system used by traditional martial arts. As students progress through the ranks, they are awarded different color “belts”. Beginners are white belts. The next level is yellow belt. Orange is next followed by red, purple, blue, and finally a black belt! I use pre existing text books so that the learning material is organized and easily accessible. I have had great success with my methods and my system makes the learning a lot more fun. I can also customize lessons for intermediate to advanced students who need to focus on certain key areas and can also prepare students for college entrance auditions. Group classes are available in special subject such as theory, note reading and advanced harmonic and melodic concepts.
