Abraham is one of the best instructors I've ever had. Abraham is patient, willing to listen, and able to breakdown complex concepts into simpler ones to make it easier to understand. Having a good guitar teacher is more than just knowing how to play the guitar well - it's more about being able to understand the students needs and tailoring the lesson in the most efficient way for them - and Abraham does just that. We make the most out of the 45 minutes we have and I always walk away learning a lot each and every lesson. At this rate I am going to learn a lot quicker than I thought and it's all thanks to Abraham! I highly recommend him.

Eric is a great teacher. He know when to push me and when to ease up. He made the work fun and rewarding. I saw real growth in my vocal abilities in a short time. Thanks Eric
Julia
Eric is the greatest. I enjoyed the experience working with him, how he took me to the another level with my voice. He is a great musician and teacher. Looking forward to working with him again.
Chelsea
Overall I had a good experience with Eric. I was hoping to learn more technical skills about the voice and breathing tips and tricks which I feel like I didn't get much of. For me, that was a miss but he has some really great warm-ups that I have still been utilizing. I feel that most of the lesson was just about getting through songs versus understanding areas of difficulty within the voice and why that issue is occurring.

I offer lessons in Guitar for all levels. I've taught children from 7 years old to adults 60+ from many different backgrounds, and my lessons are always structured the same way: To serve your needs, your goals and allow you to enjoy the process of learning.

I began playing when I was 11, and I find that for any beginner, it's important to start with material that gets instant "musical" sound from the guitar. This consists on working on basic chords which you may use to playing your favorite songs, learning some easy riffs or melodies, and finding the path you want to take on the instrument. Once you get more advanced, technical aspects like music theory and how to use it creatively in performance take a more important role in the lessons. For advanced players, I will find your strengths and weaknesses, and we will work on maintaining those strengths while slowly improving on the weaknesses, which may be technical, theoretical or even psychological. If you are more advanced and ...

Before learning Classical and Jazz guitar in school, I was a full on Rocker!!! I played SRV/Hendrix style blues rock to what is now old school metal...Metallica, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, etc.
I loved early Prog Rock, pre-era of a million extra strings and down tuned everything. I still love to shred, so if you're still reading this, we may be a fit. Thanks!!!!

"My 13-years old son was reluctant to take music lessons. He had not liked piano (with a different instructor) when he was younger, but agreed to try guitar. Since the first trial lesson, he has been excited to learn more!

Chris is a fun teacher who knows his stuff and who communicates well with both his students and their parents. I have three kids and have found it’s difficult to find a teacher who is responsive to parents + engaging with youth + gifted at music.

His rates are very reasonable for our area. His in-home lesson space is professional and comfortable — I get to sit on a comfy couch and get work done during my son’s weekly lesson. In addition, Chris goes above and beyond to make sure the lessons are meeting our expectations. He tracked down strings for us when we accidentally broke one. He has rescheduled lessons due to our busy schedules. He is genuinely kind and such a pleasure to work with — we couldn’t be more thrilled!"

"Amazing guitar learning experience with Stephen!!!
Stephen is a very knowledgeable and professional music instructor. I have been taking lesson at his studio for about 8 months. I go there once a week for my 45 min class and practice 15 min every other days at home. Now I can play the musics I like. Also, during the lesson, he always put the me in the live band situation so I can react to the beats and rhythm from different instruments. Fun!!!!!!!!!"
