I began voice lessons at the age of 5. I have performed on stage and won various awards throughout the years. However, my great love is in teaching, being "behind the scenes" and helping others reach their potential. With more than 20 years of experience, combined with amazing teachers, I have accumulated an array of knowledge about the voice. I can also teach you how to accompany yourself with your chosen instrument. The truth is, anyone can sing! The breath is what holds the key to unlocking the amazing potential of your voice, and with practice, you can allow the voice to express your own unique individuality. I've been singing professionally for 16 years. I've sung my own show at Carnegie Hall. I was Gaston in the national tour of Beauty and the Beast and I never missed one of our 326 shows. I can get you on the Gaston regimen in as little as one lesson.

Based on your interests, we can carve out time during lessons for reading music and theory. In addition to vocal instruction, I offer private coaching in songwriting. I’ve written and published over 100 songs in styles including pop, choral, worship, and musical theatre. My larger works include a series of five musicals for arts camps, and a collection of 60 Scripture Songs (translated and used in over 30 countries).
