I have been a student of Tim’s for a little over a year now. I started playing guitar at age 52 and when I started with Tim I was very close to giving up or settling on just being able to strum a few chords. I have had many hand injuries in the past that have resulted in arthritis and lack of dexterity in my wrists and some of my fingers and I started doubting I would ever be able to progress in my ability to play. From the very first lesson where I told Tim about my hand issues and my frustrations, he told me he was sure we could work around any physical limitations I had, and he was right. Tim has been able to work with me on alternative ways to play the chords I was having trouble with and has shown me that these alternate techniques along with the bit of music theory he sprinkles into lessons can really expand my ability to play.

In the time I have been studying with Tim, I have done more than I thought I ever could. I went from a frustrated beginner guitar player to having enough confidence to play on stage with some of Tim’s other students and I am now looking forward to what I will be able to do on the guitar instead of being frustrated with what I can’t do.

Tim is a talented and passionate musician as well as a knowledgeable and very relatable instructor which is a rare combination and he's also a really great guy and any student of any age or ability will benefit from studying with him.

Tim is an excellent guitar teacher and an overall great guy. He provided me with structure and support, enabling me to make the most out of my practice and ultimately progress as a player. His warm personality and contagious enthusiasm for music kept me looking forward to our time together each week. He was also very flexible when it came to scheduling to accommodate for my dynamic schedule.

Tim is an excellent teacher, providing excellent advice, practice techniques, and insights. He makes learning and improving easy and enjoyable.

I've taken guitar lessons on and off for a while, and Cameron is hands-down the best teacher I've had. He points out specific technical good points and bad points, and offers concrete suggestions and examples for improvement. The lesson material is progressively challenging, but not overwhelming, and is targeted to the student's interests, and lessons are fun and interesting. Fantastic instructor.

Cameron is an excellent teacher for me. I am 11 years old and have been playing for almost a year with him. He is patient and makes me stretch to be a better guitarist. He takes time to find songs at my level of learning and accommodates my tastes in music. I would recommend him for anyone who is interested in playing guitar.

I enjoyed my first lesson with Cameron. He explained things clearly so I could understand. Can't wait for my next lesson.

Have loved taking lessons with Andrzej, he's a very personal teacher, will get to know you and what your goals are and will help you focus on those things specifically, teaches you what you want to learn right out of the gate and gives you a lot of exercises to practice throughout the week as well. And his music tastes are great! :)

Andrzej is a great teacher with expansive knowledge on all subjects and techniques in guitar and he can explains every confidently and clearly. I’ve learned so much from him!

Highly recommended, very happy we found Jonathan! My daughter took to him right away, and learned a lot from him right from the start. The material he gave her to work on will be challenging for her, but not overwhelming, and she's excited to learn and progress.

My son had started with Jonathan in August and he has learned so many songs he loves and wants to learn! My son connects with Jonathan really well and I find my son practicing and doing what Jonathan has told him to do. Jonathan is great!

Warren was my first and only private lesson teacher outside of a school program. I first started taking lessons with Warren back in 2012 when I was 12 years old. At this time I got my first guitar and had no prior music knowledge. After a few lessons, Warren taught me the very basic blues progression and made it very fun and interesting. My first few lessons is the reason I stuck with him for 6 years and kept returning weekly. Throughout those years Warren shaped me to become my own as a musician by teaching me how to play the instrument as a whole rather than songs (although we did go over plenty of essential songs). As I grew as a musician with more questions, Warren presented me with practices, theory, and other concepts to give me all the answers I was looking for. I highly recommend him as a teacher as he will work with you and be loyal to your musical journey. He was even generous enough to teach me some basic piano! I would not be as involved in music as I am now if I had any other teacher.

My son is learning to play acoustic guitar from Warren McDonald and has been doing so for several years. Warren is an excellent guitar and music teacher. First he is formally trained and clearly has a strong theoretical music background. His teaching style and personality and knowledge of various musical genres is well suited to teaching musicians of all ages and interests. I have heard Warren play classical guitar and classic rock and folk guitar music. He also is a fine pianist. He has inpsired my son who is 15 and has been taught how to play some fairly impressive classic rock and instrumental pieces. I highly recommend Warren McDonald.

Taylor is an amazing instructor. He taught my son guitar lessons and my son is left handed. Taylor was very patient and kind and explained extremely well. My son would still be taking lessons from Taylor but we have relocated. We have not found anyone as good as Taylor
