Hip Hop & Rap Lessons in Glen Burnie. Amazing Teachers.

Hello and welcome! Our lessons will include mixing and mastering, learning how to properly "bounce" a track, beat-making, sound design, learning how to arrange a remix, and much more. The rap industry is a fast-paced business which demands an efficient work-flow from beat-makers and producers. The curriculum is designed to work with any Digital Audio Workstation (DAW).

I am a vocalist, therefore, I can develop my tone to a specific rhythm or pattern.

Rapping:
Using the same techniques I use to teach voice I will help the student wishing to learn to rap . I can teach you how to rap the songs you love or, using my famous song writing techniques, help them write their own.

Hip Hop & Rap highlights and demands excellence in one of my personal favorite aspects of music: rhythm! As a singer who started out as a drummer, rhythm was everything. The complex rhythms in these genres make me come alive as an artist and a teacher. Syncopation, one of the concepts in rhythm can be a challenging thing to understand but it's at the core of every interesting rap vocal. These vocals 'dig into' the music as another instrument in a way that they don't as strongly in other genres. Also the rhyming schemes used by various artists in these genres can be so challenging but SO rewarding when you can master them!
