I am a resident DJ at LA's biggest clubs and I've played festivals all around the world. DJing has been my full time profession for 10+ years. When I was 18 I bought myself turntables and records, and taught myself how to DJ. It was very hard to teach myself especially playing vinyl! I would have learned SO much faster if I had a teacher! Teaching comes very natural to me, and I love to play and teach all genres of music. I know how to play and teach about any DJ set up wether it's a controller, CDJs, or vinyl. I am a resident DJ for OMNIA, TAO, and a variety of other hospitality brands and venues. I have 10+ years of experience with djing and music production and have taught hundreds of people to dj and produce worldwide. I have over 33 years of professional touring DJ experience, and have taught many people the art of DJ'ing. I can teach you how to mix/blend vinyl records and digital music at a very high level, show you a variety of techniques and tricks I've learned over the decades (eq, effects, cutting, drop mixing, layering, and much more), and can also help you create a setup to build a successful (and profitable) Twitch channel, for you to stream to, for not much money. I have a full music studio, including a complete DJ setup where I stream twice a week on my twitch channel (ricviera). My DJ gear consists of: (2) Technics 1200 MK7 turntables, (4) Denon SC5000 digital DJ media players, (1) Denon x1800 DJ mixer, (2) Active (powered) JBL 12" monitors, and (1) Active JBL 18" sub/bass bin. I can teach on any equipment and/or software you may have, or can teach you on my equipment, if you don't have any yet.
