The session didnt happen. I think this website is possibly of a con. I'll be requesting my money back for the 5 sessions bought.

Raymond is a nice and a great teacher for our 11 yr old grandson. He is patient and fun. But he gets our grandson to focus when GS gets distracted. I feel that Raymond is teaching wholeheartedly and really it’s up to the student with how far and fast he wants to go.

Raymond is a great DJ teacher. Our 11 yr old grandson is learning a lot. Raymond is on time for our in-home lessons. He's patient and understanding. We would recommend him to anyone.

I just finished my first sax lesson with Sergio and already know my way around the frets. I appreciated that we also tied in useful information about the circle of fifths. Great teacher. Highly recommended.

Sergio is very nice and my 6 year old likes him. He works great with my son and takes time to explain things and then makes sure my son understands before moving. So far so good! My son is excited to work more with Sergio!

Robert was truly fantastic at teaching me the basics of DJ'ng. He first showed me the ropes and then let me try things while he watched and advised. Robert really knows his stuff, and has a knack for presenting things in an easy-to-follow manner which I could understand. In 5 short classes I went from knowing nothing to understanding the basics of mixing with confidence. He is also fun to work with, and very easygoing which is a big plus. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone looking to get started in DJ'ing.

There are many aspects of Robert that make him uniquely suited to instruct people in the art and skill of mixing:
* he's an extremely empathetic person so he's always on the same wavelength as his student.
* he's an exceptional communicator, as evidenced by his fluency in not only English and Spanish but ASL as well. More importantly than his multiple-language fluency, he has a natural aptitude for teaching and explaining things in an intuitive way.
* he's extremely passionate about live music performance, but especially the sounds that get people moving on the dance-floor. He also possesses an exceptional breadth of knowledge of dance music as a whole: the history, the artists, the genres, and all manner of tracks from timeless classics to fresh releases.

Robert has put a lot of thought into how to build the fundamentals of mixing from the ground up. I know, because I was one of the first people he taught. When we started, I was overwhelmed by the flashing lights and myriad buttons on the controller, and couldn't transition from one song to the next to save my life.

The many hours we spent teaching me to mix had two significant outcomes:
1. Not only do I feel comfortable stepping up to the decks to mix, it's actually something I REALLY enjoy and look forward to.
2. Robert developed the teaching framework he'll use to teach you, which focuses first on mastering critical fundamentals in an intuitive, step-by-step process.

If you're anything like me, listening (and dancing!) to dance music is something that brings you a great deal of joy.

Take it from me: the thrill of a perfectly-executed transition from one song to the next is an intensely gratifying and thrilling one. Being at the helm of a controller, you get to play an active role in the music, which is so much cooler than just passively enjoying it. Robert got me to that level.

He can get you there too.

Robert is an amazing DJ teacher!! Knows his stuff incredibly well and knows how to take complex subjects and make them very approachable. Robert is very patient but also great at challenging you to get outside your comfort zone and try new techniques. Also knows a ton about music and can meet you at any style you prefer to focus your DJing on. Whether you are just starting out or have been DJing for a bit and want to expand your skills, I couldn't recommend him more!
