I am laid back with a serious approach.A fellow actor recently mentioned to me how acting is stressful, I had never thought about it until then and he's right! The stress has never bothered me though because I always am very prepared. I will teach you the skills to be prepared and well rehearsed so that the performance comes easily.
I do not teach music theory but I can teach you to play guitar or ukulele.

Michael L has been a working actor in Theatre, Film and Television since 1998. Since graduating cum laude from George Washington University he has dedicated himself to teaching and practicing the craft of acting. Michael was a classical acting fellow at the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington,DC under the artistic direction of Michael Kahn. There he honed his classical acting skills and earned his equity card later becoming an affiliated teaching artist with the theatre. While in DC he was the Drama teacher at Fillmore Arts Center, a public magnet school for the performing arts, teaching children from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Michael continually performs and enjoys teaching both adults and young people as well as caring for his own spirited child.
