I hear so many people say "I should probably start doing yoga, I hear it's never too late" -- but really, it's never too soon! I know that a lot of what stops people is a sense of insecurity and self doubt. While I always encourage those interested in yoga to pursue classes with the knowledge that no one is there to judge them, I know many students will still prefer a private practice as beginners, so that they can gain more confidence in the poses. I offer beginning (or newly returning) yogis and yoginis a foundation to build a yoga practice upon, learning basic poses and flows and gaining the strength and vocabulary recognition to feel safe in a class setting or to build a home practice. For those who have experienced yoga before and are seeking to grow their practice, I am also available to help refine and challenge.
