I taught Mathematics and Physics in German language in a high school in Hungary for 10 years. I am not a native German speaker, but I speak German very well.
If you are at Beginner or Intermediate level (or between them) and looking for somebody teaching you German or refreshing your German knowledge, I might be the right person.
Through every-day conversations I teach you grammar, vocabulary and German culture, to be prepared for a trip to Germany.

My crochet teacher , Andrea, was excellent. Very patient, on time and an excellent teacher. It was first time doing crochet and the first time I used take lessons. I was very impressed with both and would use them again.

Jonathan has a demonstrable amount of knowledge about the violin including different playing styles, music theory, and its practical application. His approach is incremental and measured that adapts to my specific strengths and weaknesses intermixed with an appropriate amount of patience. He is also very personable. I always look forward to our lessons together.

Being that this is based only on my first lesson, I am very impressed with Jonathan's approach and feel confident he will do an excellent job of teaching me the violin. So based on my impression I would recommend you consider Jonathan for a teacher.

I grew up in the German part of Switzerland. I was exposed to the language throughout my schooling years. In my professional life as a doctor's assistant and later CEO assistant I needed to communicate daily in the German language. I studied business for 3 years. Over the last 3 years I have taught numerous people German. Some only need a little guidance, others keep on coming back to master more fluent conversation.

I'm flexible with my time and willing to adapt to my students' needs.

I have tried several times in the past to learn the German Language and felt very frustrated with myself. Karin has given me the confidence and tools to not only learn the language but too also have fun while learning. I absolutely love her and have decided to go from 3 hours a week to 5 & 6. The best investment I could have ever made. Thank you, Karin.
