I can teach you to crochet almost anything you would like. I've crocheted sweaters, scarves, doilies, afghans, toys and many other items.

About Diane

My journey in music began when I was around 5 years old and first heard the children's choir sing in church. My mother used to tell me that I would beg her to let me sing in the choir but she would always have to tell me I wasn't old enough. As soon as I was old enough, she enrolled me in church choir and I've been in it ever since. I have performed with the Rochester symphony orchestra and chorale, Rochester community band, Rochester civic music, church choirs and orchestras, Lake of the Isles community band, and performed Handel's Messiah at Carnegie hall in New York City. I've done some acting and singing in musicals as well. As I got older, I discovered playing the clarinet was fun but never gave up singing. I just did them both. After becoming proficient on ...

Diane was an excellent instructor and I enjoyed her professionalism and patience with my daughter. unfortunately my daughter became dis- interested due to a need for " a personal touch" that only in home or studio practices could provide.

They way our world has developed and changed, and continues to evolve is amazing. Everything can be tied back to the past, and I feel it's important to take a look back, put yourself in that time, and really study how things

Great teacher of all things!

I'm taking piano/voice privately from Mary. I wanted to learn opera and then she showed me how important music theory is to work on your voice. I'm in my mid 40s and thought I never could learn all this complicated stuff- but Mary makes it so fun and easy and motivates me. I and my friend took ballroom dancing from her too. She has great prices and spends alot of overtime . Very generous and experienced!

About Eulis

Hello! Thanks for visiting my profile. Allow me to tell you a bit about myself: I have been performing as a musician for about 20 years and acting since I was a small boy. I started my musical education as a woodwind player and settled in to the wonderful world of singing over time. Music has opened me up to so many opportunities from touring the world to performing in marvelous concert halls and working with some of today's most revered artists, as well as giving me the opportunity to expand my performance through acting in various plays, musicals, television, and film. Performing has been my salvation. It has been a best friend and constant source of joy, and I share this gift with others so that it might offer them the same. After 10 years of teaching, I have new experiences to

I highly recommend Eulis. I'm an experienced singer in the middle of an album project, and I was able to take away some huge tips I was able to put into practice immediately. His ears are incredibly sensitive and can hear what's going on with you in world class form. Highly recommend!!!

I could not recommend a better teacher and person in Eulis. His kind spirit, patient demeanor, and gifted voice provides any student with a strong example of what a professional musician looks like. What most people need is someone who doesn't just paint by the numbers but who is able to assess your goals, talents and desires and match it with just the right program; you'll progress quickly and enjoy every minute of the effort. Because of his vast experience, breadth of skills and years of singing, Eulis provides the kind of musical insights that help you find out who you are and discover or refine your voice. Thanks, Eulis for all the great work we've done together and I look forward to more!

About Celeste

I have been knitting since childhood and am currently pursuing Level III of the TKGA Master Knitting Program. I have a master's degree in education, and am a NYS certified art teacher. I've been teaching knitting, crochet, and spinning since 2008, using my graduate training in fine arts and education to provide high quality instruction to my students. I also design, and my patterns have been featured on the cover of Interweave Knits magazine and in special issues including The Unofficial Harry Potter Knits, Jane Austen Knits, and Holiday Gifts, the Knitting and Crochet Pattern-a-Day Calendars from Accord Publishing, in various online forums, and in print at independent yarn shops. Celeste's enthusiasm for fiber arts and teaching keeps me coming back for more of her classes. I have been taking classes with her since I started knitting in 2008 and I have always been impressed with her attention to detail, her patience, her gift of explaining and demonstrating both simple and complicated techniques, the multitude of helpful handouts and her ability to fix even the craziest of mistakes. Celeste has taken my knitting (and now crocheting!) to the next level and she has given me confidence to try more advanced patterns and techniques. If Celeste is offering a class, sign up as quickly as you can - those spots will fill up fast!!
Cindy B. February 26, 2015
I have taken several classes with Celeste. She is one of the most organized and skillful teachers I have known. Celeste was always so prepared and could answer/solve any knit/crochet problem thrown at her. Being a Master Knitter, she can teach at the highest skill level, however Celeste has the ability to "damper it down" and teach a beginner to fly. Although my hands don’t work as they used to, knitting is the one thing that provides me with a sense of peace and relaxation, it is a life skill everyone should know! Let Celeste teach you to knit, you won’t be disappointed.
Janet P. February 19, 2015
After having taught for 32 years, I often find myself mentally critiquing the teaching skills of anyone instructing me. in my opinion, Celeste is definitely an excellent and gifted teacher! She makes sure her students understand the lesson and experience success. Her handouts, suggestions and demonstrations are wonderfully helpful. Not only have my knitting skills increased by taking classes taught by Celeste, but she is also able to instill confidence in yourself and your skills so that you are willing to take risks and tackle projects you might not have otherwise. Celeste will stick with you until your project is done, offering additional instruction and assistance as needed. I cannot say enough abut what a wonderful teacher and skilled knitter/crocheter Celeste is. I feel extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to take many classes from Celeste.
