tinue my singing and piano studies, along with music theory, history, and musical video production.
Upon graduating UNT, I was chosen among 200 performing arts majors to be the featured soloist at the UNT commencement ceremonies. This led to an offer to tour Italy with the Rome Festival Orchestra. For the next two summers I performed in Copenhagen, Istanbul, Rome and Berlin with the Berlin Philharmonic.

As an older person who never had ballet lesson, this could have been a very intimidating experience but Teresa was very patient and thoughtful about her instruction. She really wanted to be certain I understood the terms, technique and overall format of ballet. A great experience! I look forward to my next lesson!

Dana does an excellent job of tailoring instruction to specifically address my daughter's needs. She looks for opportunities to include my daughter in activities that she personally works on, and goes above and beyond to help her prepare to meet the goals my daughter has set. She is reliable and follows through with all things she says she's going to do!

Stacey R.

Denver, CO

About Stacey

I am a lifelong student of many subjects. My approach to teaching is one of patience and enthusiasm. I do my best to understand the student's learning style and teach accordingly.
I have been a professional actor, model, and singer for 10 years. I specialize in on-camera acting for TV commercials, industrial video, and host. Most of the modeling I've done is commercial print and live promotional modeling. I've taught group acting classes to kids ages 6-17, including on-camera auditioning, stage directions, script analysis, and business skills (headshot/resume, finding an agent, industry term
s, etc.).
My singing experience includes pop, musical theatre, and jazz. I've coached students who believed they were hopeless, and they were pleased to discover their gifts and see growth!
I am a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) and have taught for 3 years, both group classes and privately.
I minored in French in college and tutored beginning French.
My motto: Never stop learning!

Mrs. Gordon took the time to help our daughter walk through building confidence on stage and helping her realize that she could act and sing. Our daughter was very shy on stage and had no confidence in herself as a singer and actor. Jeanie saw the ability in her and helped her develop it.
Can a teacher make a difference in a child's life? I say "Yes!" with confidence because I have witnessed a transformation in our daughter's life and I know that Mrs. Gordon was a part of that.

Jeanie knows her stuff! Jeanie has taught both of my children for over 10 years. The experiences my children have had are unforgettable. My daughter has made it a dream to pursue acting as a career because of the experiences she had with Jeanie. My son says that Jeanie has saved his life many times because of the avenues she opened up for him. She is an incredible teacher, mentor, and friend. To give her 5 stars is an understatement. She's incredible!!!
