In elementary school, I began playing percussion and continued to do so throughout High School. It was also during my High School years that I picked up Guitar and Voice. I attended Cherry Creek High School for three years and was a prominent member of both top ensembles, the CCHS Wind Ensemble and the elite honor choir, the CCHS Meistersingers.
I continued my education further by attending the University of Northern Colorado for four years and while there studied private piano as a Piano Major, as well as taking part in two top choral ensembles, the Concert Choir and Men's Glee Club. While fulfilling my music credit classes, I learned the basics for an additional ten instruments included in the brass, woodwind and string families. During my Senior Year at UNC I also completed a mandatory Senior Recital for Piano. I graduated in December of 2009 and since then have held a teaching license as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, with an emphasis for Vocal, Piano and General Music.
Since college, I have been doing my best to stay active in the music education system. Just recently, I finished three long term substitute teaching assignments in Douglas County School District, the first and third at Trailblazer Elementary School, where I taught General Music every day to Kindergartners through sixth graders and the second at Mountain Ridge Middle School, where I directed and conducted the 7th/8th grade Winter Choir Concert.
Music is my Passion; it has been a part of my life since early childhood. To this day I still love to play piano professionally and I strive to make myself a better musician every chance I get.

In regards to baseball. I am a high-school and college standout pitcher with family who played professionally. I have a complete understanding of the game and would love to share my knowledge and love of the game with anyone who is interested in learning the game and become better mentally while performing physically on the field.
You can enrich your Japanese-learning experience by also learning about Japanese history and culture. Japan is a country that's rich in history and traditions. It was first established as a united state around 300 AD, although people had resided on the cluster of islands since 10,000 BC. Over time, Japan has adopted numerous holidays and festivals. Some of these traditions were borrowed from other cultures, but Japanese people made these holidays distinctly Japanese. Here are a few of … Read More
