*** Lesson Details ***
First, I need to talk to my students about their goals. Not only for the adult, teacher also need to know what kids want to know about music. They are interested in it sometimes, they just don't know. Second, I will let them know, interests is just the first step. If you want to learn, you have to pay! Pay your patient, and your endeavor. I will teach in some specific ways to motive students to approach the goals. for example: listen, singing, playing, reading is the process to make the students catch the goal faster without lost their interests! So involve more activities in the lessons is very important! Also, serious technique practice is necessary. As I mentioned before, not only interests, if you want to learn , you have to pay. Once you catch your goal, you will feel happy that the teacher has been pushed you for some boring finger exercise.

*** Studio Equipment ***
I do have a grand piano at home. For violin students, they should have their own instrument.

*** Specialties ***
Suzuki style, classical, contemporary, modern music

Javier D.

Riverside, CA

About Javier

Hola, cómo estás? I am a certified native teacher. I love teaching, and have all my life. I was born in Madrid, Spain, and I now live in California. My native born language skills, immersed here in America, make me an excellent option for a tutor. In my opinion, it is highly recommended to get a native tutor for learning a foreign language.I am certified to teach through Sonorele Learning Awareness, in Spain.

I know how to teach you Spanish in the best way, with fun and effective classes, with patience, and with speaking slowly and clearly. You will learn proper pronunciation, our express
ions, our culture and our customs, by enjoying and practicing with me, through one on one conversation, exercises, repetition, and homework.

In regards to how I teach, I incorporate the essential modalities of speaking, listening, reading, and writing. By practicing with all these forms, you will feel success in a few classes.
I am flexible with my hours, and I am available to travel to meet personally or to do a class online, either individually or in a small group. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you achieve excellence in your studies!

Muchas gracias por tu atención.
Saludos,
Javier

Frank N.

Moreno Valley, CA

About Frank

I am from Peru, which is where I started my career in teaching. For nearly four years I taught Spanish as a Second Language to American young adults who were preparing to serve Spanish-speaking missions in South America.

Additionally, I was a Spanish editor. I developed great attention to detail and excelled in the correct and elegant use of the Spanish language.

Lately, I have worked as a Spanish Instructor for Language Bird in Los Angeles. During that time, I taught students and career professionals from the basic, intermediate and advanced levels of Spanish.

I am very capable in a
dapting and customizing lessons to fit your learning style. I would be able to help you develop your Spanish language skills in the areas of reading comprehension, writing, grammar, listening and speaking.

It would be a pleasure to meet with you at your convenience to discuss my qualifications, as well as any Spanish language needs you may have.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

So far I have taken 8 lessons with Frank. For the first lesson, he arrived on time and with a lesson plan that seemed built just for me, based on the initial questionnaire I filled out. Since that first lesson he has been very punctual and fully prepared for the lesson of the day. I have enjoyed my lessons with Frank who is a patient and very knowledgeable tutor. Tutoring is a slow and painful process, but Frank seems to enjoy it and cares that he does the best he can for his student. If you are looking for a tutor to teach you Spanish, I don't think you will be disappointed by hiring Frank for the job.
