Chenyu Z.

Madison Heights, MI

About Chenyu

Hi there! Thanks for visiting my profile :)

During May 2016, nine of the children I teach performed in a recital at Evola Music Center. Parents and families really enjoyed this event so I will host another recital January 2017 at the Piano Place in Troy.

I have a Master's degree in Social Work and love building relationships with clients and empowering people. I currently still take piano & drum lessons from accomplished music teachers to continue learning techniques to pass on to my students...I believe a great teacher never stops being a student.

**I no longer travel to students' h
omes for lessons, so please choose the option to take lessons at my apartment/studio. Thanks!**

I look forward to hearing from you,
Chenyu

Really helpful teacher. Answered all of my questions and explained things very clearly. She is good at teaching in a clear and understandable manner and that makes it easier for me to understand the lesson. She is also good at encouraging me to practice more and that helps me to get better in a short amount of time.

I was having some trouble conjugating in past tense. Olga was able help me understand the rules and then we were able to have a conversation in past and present tenses. She would ask me questions which would require I answer in a particular tense. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with their Spanish.
