I teach several aspects of guitar ranging from performance and preparation to theory and maintenance. My curriculum aims to mix the physical aspects of guitar (patterns of movement, proper maintenance of posture, acceptable performance etiquette, etc.) with the mental components (such as music theory, scale construction, and improvisation). My techniques such as "playing and saying" music simultaneously and "no-guitar visualization" help to blend the mental and physical parts of the instrument.
