Danielle L.

Rosedale, NY

I've been teaching broadway singing for 12 years and my students have gone on to receive scholarship money from colleges and entrances to performance high schools. Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to grasp foundational singing and breathing technique and as time goes on you'll be able to start adding to your repertoire. I specialize in audition preparation/creating shows/building repertoire, typically use opera books, and have the following tools available for your lessons: composition book and a pen/pencil. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels and I can't wait to meet you!

About Danielle

I have been taking the world by surprise since the age of 4. I began studying at Queens College at 6 years old and was a recital pianist by the age of 12. I was a consumer of music, from the Music Theory lessons on Saturdays, piano lessons on Thursdays and voice lessons on Saturday afternoons, my life was filled with music.

It is to no one's surprise that I completed my first demo at the age of 13 and was performing for Queens Colleges audiences at 14. I went on the rank high in the NYSSMA series in both piano and voice. I also went on to study music in college and began touring with gospe
l troupes nationally. Since then I has done many workshops, Master Classes, tour dates, theatre shows etc. Too many to date. I am a sought after teacher for voice, piano and broadway singing. I train public speakers, actors and teachers as well.

Get your slot NOW! I will take your musicianship and skill to the next level! But you have to be ready!

Rebecca Luttio is an amazing voice teacher

Rebecca is an Incredible person to study voice with, She has and inspiringly beautiful sound, and she's really friendly, upbeat, positive, and always enthusiastic about what were doing. Every time I don't understand something, she finds a new way to explain it, and seems to have an infinite amount of patients. I feel like what has changed the most since I began taking lessons with Rebecca, Is the physical training that comes with singing opera, as well as learning how to use your air and broadening your range, which would have never crossed my mind before. I really like that she is a student as well as a teacher and comes to every lesson with new Ideas. For me the couple years we have worked together so far have really changed the way I sing with my whole body, I would recommend her to anyone who really loves to sing.

Ross B.

Astoria, NY

Feel better singing no matter what you like to sing! Voice lessons will have you singing like never before.

About Ross

Ross B. has been teaching for five years in both a school environment - in which he helped develop a performing arts department from the ground up - as well as private lessons, where his students succeeded musically and theatrically performing in shows like Les Misérables and in roles like "Peter Pan." His teaching philosophy is simple. Everyone can sing, many simply don't know how.

Ross is a singer, actor, and headshot photographer who graduated from Brandeis University with degrees in Vocal Performance and Psychology, before returning to New York to attend the Dual Degree Masters Program
in Vocal Performance and Vocal Pedagogy at New York University. He has performed across the country including Boston, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, New Jersey and New York in such iconic roles as "Jack" and "The Baker" in Into the Woods, "Curly" in Oklahoma, "Lancelot" in Camelot, "Roger" in A New Brain, "Anthony" in Sweeney Todd, and "Marius" in Les Misérables.

I highly recommend taking voice lessons with Ross! I took lessons with Ross for just under a year when he was teaching in the Boston area. First, I was in an a Capella singing class Ross taught. In a short time, he had our group working together well to make good music. Ross is a very positive and encouraging teacher and could always zero in quickly on exactly what we needed to work on to improve our sound. I also took private voice lessons with Ross, and he helped me to successfully prepare an audition for a summer vocal program. As a private teacher, I always felt like he was always able to help me identify a couple of strategies to fix any problem I was having, so I grew a lot as a singer. He has a wealth of knowledge about musical theater, and helped me to really understand the piece I was working on, so I could make my performance come alive. I felt like he really cared about my vocal development and I learned many things that I will always use when I sing.

Ross is a fabulous vocal teacher! After spending months working with Ross, I learned a lot about myself and my voice...like learning how to use my voice as an instrument. One of the best things Ross encourages through his teaching style, is the importance of singing the correct way, without straining your voice. Ross is a great person to work with. He takes the time to explain concepts thoroughly and makes sure that you understand. Ross is very personable and makes lessons enjoyable for the student. I strongly recommend Ross for anyone who wants to increase their proficiency in vocal performance!

My daughter took voice lessons from Ross for just under a year, before he moved to New York. Not only is he an incredibly talented performer himself, he is a very effective teacher as well. My daughter was immediately comfortable with Ross and his teaching style and made great strides in a relatively short period of time. Ross is a knowledgeable and encouraging instructor. I highly recommend him, especially if your interest lies in musical theatre. I only wish he still lived in Boston!

Meagan F.

Rego Park, NY

I teach proper singing technique, so you will learn how to belt while maintaining great breath support to save your vocal chords! I also specialize in theater and will assist for audition help, acting and singing at the same time, vocal inflection, etc.

About Meagan

I absolutely love working with students to instill and encourage confidence and the joy of music. I graduated from school with a degree in Vocal Performance & Theater Performance. Not only have I performed in numerous musicals and stage productions, I've been able to sing solo, and in both small and large ensembles in nearly every state in the US and all over the world (including Austria, Germany, Canada, and Costa Rica). I have since moved on from performing because I love sharing my passion and enthusiasm for voice with my students! I have been teaching voice since my senior year of high sch
ool. After some pedagogy training in college, I moved on to teach several students out of my home studio in Baltimore and now in New York. I incorporate aspects of classical and contemporary music to make learning both beneficial and fun! I love making music and I hope to share the joy of singing with each student.
