While at Peabody Mr. M. performed extensively with the Peabody Symphony, the Peabody Wind Ensemble, and several brass choirs. I've recently moved to the College Park area of Maryland to pursue a Masters Degree in trombone performance at the University of Maryland. I'm looking to build a low brass studio in the area to bring success and great education to the area. I can teach students all the way to their first notes to students mastering solo rep. I've taught a large number of students in Virginia and have had great success in teaching. I try to set goals and performance dates for students to keep moving and learning. Feel free to contact TakeLessons with any questions!
Playing a brass instrument can be a fun and rewarding experience when approached in the correct way. I help all my students develop a good attitude toward playing music, as well as setting them up for success in developing a good sound and technique. I have helped students prepare for all situations, including auditions, adjudications, and yearly band concerts.
