I pride myself on helping my students by truly getting to know them and their challenges so they may achieve free, easy, and fun music making!

I have a very wide array of teaching and tutoring experience, especially in Math and Science, and have had success with virtually every student. My approach is very personable: I pride myself in getting to know my students' learning preferences and tailoring my style to suit them. I'm very patient and always looking to make tutoring fun as well as productive.
I grew up around Atlanta, GA and started playing piano when I was around 7 years old and bass when I was 11. Most of my education has been on the upright bass. I've studied classical bass performance at major music schools on the east coast and in the midwest. I've studied and worked with musicians from many of the great orchestras around the world. I enjoy working with students who are just coming to the bass or piano for the first time and getting them started with music in a rewarding way as well as more advanced students that need finer musical direction or audition coaching. *** Lesson Details *** I try to keep a relaxed environment while still being motivating and inspiring. I tailor lessons around what the individual student's goals are. There are materials that I like to ...

Hey! My name is Jordan and I am a former touring guitarist who has been playing guitar for over a decade. Touring and opening for big worship artists like Jonathan Lee, Brenton Brown, and Paul Boloche, I know what it takes to really elevate your level of playing all the way from never playing before to being able to play on the road night in and night out. From rock, to country, worship, and blues, I've got you covered. Being now planted in the awesome city of Pittsburgh as the Youth Pastor at Element Church, being on the road isn't an option for me anymore. Teaching is a passion of mine and since my recent move to Pittsburgh, I am completely opening up my book for all new students.
