I am currently the assistant band director at Newport High School, and have been there since 2007. I am mostly a percussion instructor, but I can also help with music theory, and general music questions. I can teach any keyboard instrument, as well as timpani, snare drum, general percussion, and drum set. I can teach anywhere from beginners to advanced students on keyboard and timpani, beginner to intermediate on snare drum, general percussion, and drum set.

I have been giving drum lessons since 2013 and have had success in taking students who little to no musical experience into being able to strive in a music setting whether it be a concert hall or a rock gig. My students in the school system have been members of Northern Kentucky Select Band, Morehead Honor Clinic, Tri-State Band Symposium, Land Of Grant Honor Band, KMEA All-State Band, and many other prestigious ensembles.
I am currently pursuing my Bachelor Degree at Northern Kentucky University for Music Education.
