About Kyungee

I have been first trained as a professional opera singer as a child in Korea. For many years, I have performed on stage. When I came to America, I have continued to pursue education in voice (and piano) at Troy University and at Baptist College of Florida while seeking other degrees. In addition to my main focus on vocal training, I am professionally trained to play instruments such as piano, guitar, flute, and violin. I have learned to play piano and guitar to initially accompany my own singing, but I have continued to study these instruments to this day. I have been a main church pianist, wedding pianist, collaboration pianist, and etc. For flute and violin, I have been a member of ensemble groups and orchestra (and symphonic band) and performed on various occasions. My grandson's best piano teacher

My grandson loves Mrs. Kyungee style of teaching. She is nice and knowledgeable, inspiring, and friendly. She is the right person to teach my grandson. Her passion for music is contagious. She inspires confidence and hard work which is the road to success.
Her daughter is her legacy. At the end of the my grandson's first piano lesson her daughter was gracious to play for us. Her performance was so impressive that it brought tears to my eyes.
I want to thank both of them from the bottom of my heart!

Good teacher

Hyungee is extremely talented, passionate and professional. My children are teenagers and they feel very comfortable with her. She is sweet and nurturing with them, and patient. She also has a great disposition and sense of humor. She is intuitive to their needs and is very encouraging. I do have a little difficulty understanding her, but my children do not.

Brandon C. Atlanta, GA

I have been playing cello for 10 years and have been principal cellist of both school orchestras and All-State orchestras since middle school all through high school in North Carolina, a feat never before achieved before me. I have also performed in Carnegie Hall in NYC twice and believe all this experience would be greatly beneficial to you. For more than 4 years, I have worked with cellists of all ages and levels in orchestra sectionals and music camps.

About Brandon

Hi! I'm currently enrolled at Georgia Tech majoring in Chemical Engineering. Ever since high school, I have tutored multiple subjects; mostly math and science. I also helped grade and tutor at Kumon throughout high school, allowing me to work with children of all ages. I love working with students of all ages and I am very flexible when it comes to my teaching approach. I like to teach students the important concepts associated with a topic and let them figure out assigned problems with any needed guidance. Please contact me if interested!
