"I have only had one lesson so far, but Aimee was wonderful and I plan on going back for more lessons. She kept the pace slow for me (39 years old) and my
daughter (13 years old) and remained patient yet fun throughout the lesson. Both my daughter and I had zero roller-skating experience and we left feeling accomplished. Aimee was fantastic and clearly loves to teach and to roller skate. If you are new to skating, I highly recommend that you go to her for a lesson or three!"

"I have been taking Liam's Tai Chi/ Qi Gong class for nearly two years now. He is a dynamic teacher that is sensitive to different types of learning paces
and styles (both eastern and western) and employs both in his classes. His explanations are simple and he always relates the movement back to its origin as a martial arts defense/offensive move which helps one establish the intention behind the movement. I have learned yang short form and chen style short form from him. I would highly recommend that you take his class if you are interested in beginning or continuing a tai chi practice. Through my practice I have found a healthy way to manage stress and anxiety."

"William was a great instructor. I had never done any kind of martial arts before and he was extremely helpful. He started with the most basic aspects (pos
ture, stance, etc) and made sure I had those down before moving on to various punches and kicks. By the end of the lesson he was integrating more complicated combinations and increasing the pace, but always closely watched my form to ensure I hadn't forgotten what we'd started with. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking to increase or improve their martial arts abilities."
