I'm an inexperienced singer and Jameson is great with me. I am learning things at every lesson that I can apply on my own to help me reach my goal of being a competent member of a choir. It's never too late to do something you've always wanted to try!

Tai Chi is a form of “moving meditation” practiced with slow, relaxed, and flowing movements. Improve muscle tone, circulation and physical endurance with meditative postures that strengthen your mental focus. I teach Chen and Yang Tai Chi. All levels are welcome.

I have been taking Liam's Tai Chi/ Qi Gong class for nearly two years now. He is a dynamic teacher that is sensitive to different types of learning paces and styles (both eastern and western) and employs both in his classes. His explanations are simple and he always relates the movement back to its origin as a martial arts defense/offensive move which helps one establish the intention behind the movement. I have learned yang short form and chen style short form from him. I would highly recommend that you take his class if you are interested in beginning or continuing a tai chi practice. Through my practice I have found a healthy way to manage stress and anxiety.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice and is sometimes referred to as a moving meditation. It can help with high blood pressure, and is a great way to practice relaxation techniques. Tai Chi helps improve balance and flexibility.

I have been teaching Tai Chi in the Taoist Tai Chi style since 2009, certified in set leading and beginner instruction.

I can teach you two Taoist sequences - the 18 movement as well as the 108 moves. I usually recommend new students learn the 18 moves first, get this memorized and then move into the 108 moves.

My experience with Ron Pfeiffer has been that he is an excellent teacher. I started in Beginner's Class at U.W. Parkside learning Tai Chi for Beginners' and later Tai Chi for Energy. He is friendly and yet detailed in his approach. He works with each student & improves their for forms. He has more Teaching Certificates than anyone I know and yet always goes back to the basics. I have earned two Teaching Certificates : Tai Chi for Energy and Tai Chi for Diabetes. I've worked to improve Yang 24 Form by attending classes in Burlington, WI. I talk classes weekly with Mr. Pfeiffer at the Moose Lodge & Senior Center in Kenosha, WI. I he is not available, classes go on with other Senior Students from his dojo in Burlington, WI. He is a teacher with a wealth of knowledge and I would recommend him to friends and family of all ages.

All aspects of Tai Chi are taught. The hows and whys of each movement... how and why each movement benefits your health ...how to integrate Tai Chi with meditation to improve mindfulness, expand awareness, and increase mind-body connections ...how to perform the martial applications of each movement and how this circles back into increasing the health and longevity benefits of Tai Chi.

I teach a mix of students. Some are learning to enhance their flow in other movement arts, or become more mindful, healthy, and relaxed. Some are recovering from injuries and surgeries and using Tai Chi to regain strength, balance, and range of motion. Others are combatting chronic illness and are using Tai Chi to increase their energy levels, create a more positive outlook, increase their daily activities, improve their coordination and sense of overall wellbeing.
