About the class:

Pilates Fitness Fusion is a 60 minute body conditioning class that includes elements of Pilates, Yoga and other strengthening and stretching techniques. It is a well-rounded and diverse training program that is designed to improve the overall conditioning of the body by putting equal emphasis on upper and lower body strength, flexibility, body alignment and balance.

I have been a professional ballet dancer for the last 10 years, and have been teaching dance since 2003. I have taught at prestigious schools around the US, and I currently teach at The School at Steps. You can expect to learn the correct technique and placement, as well as all of the styling, steps, and flashy moves you can think of! I can also teach social dance to couples or individuals! In 2016 I cofounded a workout method based on the techniques of ballet. It's designed to tone your core, back, and legs, while teaching the fundamentals of a ballet barre.

Traci is a fantastic teacher because she is a fantastic dancer. She knows how to guide you whether you are overcoming an injury or trying to take your dancing to the next level. Traci takes ballet seriously but with lots of humor and grace!

I am a teacher of twelve years and I love what I do!

My strength and conditioning lessons consist of core, upper and lower body exercises. We will also work on balance, stretching/flexibility, and stamina.

My main goal is that my students have fun in addition to benefitting from our lesson. All my classes are personalized to suit each students' goals, progression, and timeline.

Strength and Conditioning lessons are offered at 4 locations:
1) Online via TakeLessons Classroom
2) Teacher Location 1 (Primary studio - 150sq ft) - For private and semi-private (2 people) lessons
3) Teacher Location 2 (Secondary studio/theater 350-750 sq ft) - For Group classes (3 or more people)*
4) Travel location
*Teacher Location 2 will incur a rental fee to be paid by the student directly to the studio on the day of the lesson. Please inquire for more info!
*Teacher Location 2 is also available for anyone wanting a larger dance space or theater. Please inquire for more info!
