I couldn't have asked for a nicer teacher. The first 15 minutes Shannon helped me get my Skype working right when I thought it was. Charly is the best!

After giving birth to two children, it is not easy to get back in shape and I honestly think, that it would have not been possible if it weren't for Charly.

She is very sensitive to the health issues one faces and knows exactly what to do and what not to do. At the same time she gently pushes you enough to actually make the big difference. I am now back to the way I was before having the kids - just that now I am even little stronger.

But it is not just the strength and shape of your body, but Charly will also help you adjust for any imbalances in your body.

I was very sad when I moved from Brooklyn and was not able to take her class anymore, but I am still doing a lot from our routine, that helps me stay fit.

She is wonderful!

I started Pilates with Charly about half a year ago. Charly is a patient teacher and explains in detail how to perform each movement. I have learnt so much about proper body alignment and how to execute each exercise with proper form. Charly’s attention to detail makes all the difference! I feel extremely confident training with Charly and have recommended her to my friends and family.

I had my second lesson with Hanna this week and she has been great so far. As someone new to yoga, I would highly recommend Hanna. She took the time before we started the lessons to answer all of my questions. She is very patient and friendly. I like the way she has explained yoga so far; the styles, poses, flows and the mental and spiritual aspects. She has a calm demeanor.

She has also been mindful of my existing shoulder injury to make sure that what we're doing isn't aggravating it. The other nice thing is she's been good about responding to my questions quickly and throughly and she's been on-time for both lessons.

I left an earlier review for Josh, but Lance has taken further lessons with him, and our experience with him has only improved. Josh really understands the mind of a child, and he does a great job of talking to them, instead of at them. I really cannot stress how great he is with kids. If you are considering signing your child up for lessons with Josh, feel confident that he will provide a fantastic experience for them, and you will be very happy with the results.

I have been bodybuilding since age 14 when I first joined a gym. I was immediately addicted to nutrition and lifting at that point. I saw results and focused on learning in weights classes and also taking and becoming certified in 3 Personal training courses. I know how to work out the body while keeping it safe and getting results. I subscribe to many magazines and also follow a lot of all natural bodybuilders online to maintain and learn new ideas and keep fitness fun. I love to lift and am always at the gym.

Dean is awesome. We hired him to teach our 7 year old daughter and he includes my husband and I in the lesson too. It's really great that it's a family event. It's pretty amazing how he can work with us all at different skill levels. Plus he makes it fun. It's not just drills, but he has a ton of games that we play to reinforce those skills without making it feel like work. He focuses on our daughter and gives her great exercise in the process as well. He goes easy on us parents and doesn't make us run as much, which we appreciate! :-)

Students can expect an experienced former D1 athlete to help them reach the gains they desire while exercising safely. Proper Stretching, Cardio, and form for all exercises will be taught and implemented. The routines will build upon each other week by week, allowing the student to take new exercises and techniques home with them to practice. Fine tuning exercises will be combined with core lifts to help maximize physical appearance and overall gains.
