Pilates Fitness Fusion is a 60 minute body conditioning class that includes elements of Pilates, Yoga and other strengthening and stretching techniques. It is a well-rounded and diverse training program that is designed to improve the overall conditioning of the body by putting equal emphasis on upper and lower body strength, flexibility, body alignment and balance.

I have been bodybuilding since age 14 when I first joined a gym. I was immediately addicted to nutrition and lifting at that point. I saw results and focused on learning in weights classes and also taking and becoming certified in 3 Personal training courses. I know how to work out the body while keeping it safe and getting results. I subscribe to many magazines and also follow a lot of all natural bodybuilders online to maintain and learn new ideas and keep fitness fun. I love to lift and am always at the gym.
Students can expect an experienced former D1 athlete to help them reach the gains they desire while exercising safely. Proper Stretching, Cardio, and form for all exercises will be taught and implemented. The routines will build upon each other week by week, allowing the student to take new exercises and techniques home with them to practice. Fine tuning exercises will be combined with core lifts to help maximize physical appearance and overall gains.
