I have been an athlete most of my life, competing on MN State & National stages since I was 11 years old. In that time, I've amassed a wide array of strength training tips, approaches & techniques from industry professionals. In our meetings, we will cover proper weight training techniques & approaches, aerobic/anaerobic activities & uses, proper warm-up & stretching techniques, pacing/intensity fluctuations, & sport-specific areas of training. In conjunction with these, we will be discussing physical wellness, diet & nutrition, hydration & its importance, as well as building a regimented, varying routine to improve bodily functions on & off the competitive stage.
Experience includes a lifetime of sports fitness, multiple gym memberships, study of nutrition and supplements, 1st place in 90-Day Challenge. I would like to help all ages and experience levels achieve their fitness goals and achieve optimal health. I have a CPR and First Aid Certification and prior experience working at a nutrition store. Students can expect an experienced former D1 athlete to help them reach the gains they desire while exercising safely. Proper Stretching, Cardio, and form for all exercises will be taught and implemented. The routines will build upon each other week by week, allowing the student to take new exercises and techniques home with them to practice. Fine tuning exercises will be combined with core lifts to help maximize physical appearance and overall gains.
