Jason is a great teacher. He is so knowledgeable and is really good at adapting to your pace of learning as well as your desired outcomes. I’ve been picking a song each week to work on, and he always comes prepared with exercises and new techniques to learn and apply to music I love! I look forward to our lessons.

About the class:

Pilates Fitness Fusion is a 60 minute body conditioning class that includes elements of Pilates, Yoga and other strengthening and stretching techniques. It is a well-rounded and diverse training program that is designed to improve the overall conditioning of the body by putting equal emphasis on upper and lower body strength, flexibility, body alignment and balance.

Charly is the best!

After giving birth to two children, it is not easy to get back in shape and I honestly think, that it would have not been possible if it weren't for Charly.

She is very sensitive to the health issues one faces and knows exactly what to do and what not to do. At the same time she gently pushes you enough to actually make the big difference. I am now back to the way I was before having the kids - just that now I am even little stronger.

But it is not just the strength and shape of your body, but Charly will also help you adjust for any imbalances in your body.

I was very sad when I moved from Brooklyn and was not able to take her class anymore, but I am still doing a lot from our routine, that helps me stay fit.

She is wonderful!

I did not actually take any lessons with him, but his schedule did not reflect what showed as available in Takelessons. He had a very bad attitude and would not actually schedule the lesson after several exchanges.

I need to improve my spoken German for business and Marcel has been invaluable in helping me improve at a good pace while being incredibly flexible on lesson planning.

I've been working with him for about a month now and I've grown to feel more comfortable speaking with my colleagues who are native German speakers.

Lindsay is wonderful. She really takes her time to understand what the client both wants out of their workout and needs out of their workout. I love how she always mixes it up and is not afraid to challenge me. Also she’s great in both private sessions and group sessions! Thanks Lindsay!

Lindsay put together mommy and me ballet lessons for my 2 year old and I. We looked forward to our lessons and she kept my daughter engaged and having fun the entire time. Over the course of a year, not only did we have a lot of fun doing ballet together, she actually learned a few basic steps and is comfortable with the rhythm of warming up, dancing, then cooling down. Having Lindsay live online was much better than a video because she interacted with Skye and could adjust the lesson to keep her involved. I enjoyed dancing with my daughter and getting a little stretch and workout in each time as well.

I am a teacher of twelve years and I love what I do!

My strength and conditioning lessons consist of core, upper and lower body exercises. We will also work on balance, stretching/flexibility, and stamina.

My main goal is that my students have fun in addition to benefitting from our lesson. All my classes are personalized to suit each students' goals, progression, and timeline.

Strength and Conditioning lessons are offered at 4 locations:
1) Online via TakeLessons Classroom
2) Teacher Location 1 (Primary studio - 150sq ft) - For private and semi-private (2 people) lessons
3) Teacher Location 2 (Secondary studio/theater 350-750 sq ft) - For Group classes (3 or more people)*
4) Travel location
*Teacher Location 2 will incur a rental fee to be paid by the student directly to the studio on the day of the lesson. Please inquire for more info!
*Teacher Location 2 is also available for anyone wanting a larger dance space or theater. Please inquire for more info!
