My daughter has been taking flute lessons from Shannon for 2-3 years. She really enjoys her time with Shannon and has learned so much! Shannon does a wonderful job of creating chamber music groups with recitals, in which my daughter was able to take part - definitely nothing that would have been offered in her school at this level! Kortnee is a fabulous teacher! She came into our home and taught my 9 and 11-year old daughters piano once a week. Both girls thrived and looked forward to their lessons. The progress they made in one year with Kortnee was impressive. We have moved out of state and the biggest regret is that we can't find another piano teacher like Kortnee. We miss her and her enthusiasm for teaching music. Best instructor ever!

I actually take both piano and flute from Kortnee. Her energy is contagious and she knows many styles of music. Vanessa is an amazing instructor she is really great with children of all ages my daughter started taking private lessons with her a few months ago. She loved it so much that she started telling her friends and before you knew it her cousins and girlfriends started joining the class she is very patient with the girls and her classes are lots of fun I even participated in a few classes myself :)

I started with Patty's classes in 2001. I was 51 years old and getting pretty beat up by Menopause
and Endometriosis in particular. I was a Jogger for many years but needed to add a good class with
weights and high and low impact exercise to really get into good shape. My best friend recommended
Patty's Classes and rest as they say is History.

Everyone knows that Exercise is critical to good health and if you have any chronic conditions is it
especially important !! Patty's training sessions are the best I have ever gone to - in addition to the exercises, the knowledge
she has imparted to all of us has been just as rewarding. I schedule everything "around" my training.
because I never want to miss and the older I get the more critical it is for me !

It is not an exaggeration by any stretch of the imagination when I say that her training session have saved my life
because it is literally true. I had a serious illness a few years ago that took such a physical toll that there
is no way I could have survived it had I not been in the best physical shape of my life and that was at age 60 !
Oh and her Boot Camp class is the best ever - hands down.

When I began to train with Patty I was a vending machine addict. Patty helped me kick my habit! I would buy 4 pops a day @ $1.25. This added up to $100 a month. I would also buy other vending machine items, totaling up to an additional $40.00 a month.
My work junk food vending machine habit ran me $140.00 a month...which pays for over half of what I spend in training with Patty! When people tell me I must be rich to have a trainer, I tell them "I just stopped eating and drinking crap and it pays for my sessions"...people don't realize how much they spend on junk food....hope this helps someone else! What makes the Skype workout so convenient is, that I can literally get up, go to the living room and start my workout. I do not have to leave my home and that makes it so much easier to continue on with exercise. It is the perfect amount of working out. I focus on making you strong and cut instead of size and big muscles.

My goal is to make the student happy after leaving the session for knowing a lot more than he/she did before the session.

My strategy is to create an imaginary bridge between my brain and the student's brain where information flow back and forth (questions and answers) until the student becomes fully aware of the subject and be confident to even teach it to someone else. The subject would be a second nature to the student.

First of all, he's a professional and a respectable guy. Whatever your goal is, he's for sure the trainer you want to call. He was my personal trainer for a year and he really helped me achieve my goals. Fitness is in his blood and he for sure knows everything there is to know about fitness and health in general. If you're searching for a personal trainer, he's your guy. He won't for sure disappoint you.

I have been exercising for 20 years - most of the time just to stress-down from my job and to keep myself in a decent shape. Yet, I was never satisfied with how my body would look like: hours and hours per week training and then still falling shortly from that lean but well muscled body I expected to have. Nutrition fades I found very irritating: diets come in waves: just wait enough and the "latest scientific research will claim to have the proof that all was said before was wrong" ... I went to Jeremy just because I wanted someone to help me with my motivation lows. And indeed he was great in recharging my will to do it, but what surprised me most, it was that he knew secrets for nutrition! well, not really secrets: he simply has studied so much in and out academic courses that know the theories, but especially, knows how to combine them on the specific person and to the person's objectives (in my case were low body fat, figure and aerobic performance). It took many weeks of tough discipline to get used to his nutrition programs and exercise plans, but boy it was worth! Not only my body has changed shape, but I sleep less but much better, feel happier and stronger! And now I can “walk alone”! thanks good buddy, you have been great to me! All the best, KD
