Contemporary Jeet Kune Do, Bruce Lee’s fighting art, is a martial system that focuses on attribute development over technique. Within the first few lessons students will be exposed to principles of how to intercept violence before it unfolds. As your training evolves, you are taught the full matrix of modern combat which includes upright, empty-hand fighting (kicking, punching, trapping), ground/grappling, mass attacks and weapons. JKD puts heavy emphasis on drills and physical attribute development for heighted performance.
