Coach Shannon is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have gotten both stronger and faster! I even placed 2nd in my age group at my last race! She definitely knows her stuff!

Jason is a great teacher. He is so knowledgeable and is really good at adapting to your pace of learning as well as your desired outcomes. I’ve been picking a song each week to work on, and he always comes prepared with exercises and new techniques to learn and apply to music I love! I look forward to our lessons.

Kelvin is a great teacher. He understands and teaches in a way that makes sense to me. If you’ve played the Banjo you know the teacher needs a lot of patience and he does. He provides the right direction and more importantly listens to my questions. There is no doubt in my mind if you have to learn or improve your banjo skills Kelvin can help.

I did not actually take any lessons with him, but his schedule did not reflect what showed as available in Takelessons. He had a very bad attitude and would not actually schedule the lesson after several exchanges.

I need to improve my spoken German for business and Marcel has been invaluable in helping me improve at a good pace while being incredibly flexible on lesson planning.

I've been working with him for about a month now and I've grown to feel more comfortable speaking with my colleagues who are native German speakers.

I have applied those methods for the last 2 years, and PRed ever race I have ever participated in, placed in many. I do running analysis on my clients and teach these mechanics. I also write running programs and help you become a stronger runner and prepare for your next race.

Stride, gait, hand placement and elbow drive are all apart of being a complete runner. Our focus at 86 Athletic is nkt only the physical approach in regard to these things, but the mental preparation that it takes to polish these things up and become more effiecient as a runner.
