I grew up in Florida where you were never not in a pool or shy of using double negatives.

Anyways, I have lots of experience working with children through nannying and coaching. I recently trained for a film where I had to perfect the butterfly technique and had the pleasure of training with an Olympic swimmer and the swim coach at UCLA(just once but still cool).

*Under 3 are Mommy and Me guided lessons where we address pool safety, play fun games to get your child comfortable in the water, and practice floating & kicking.

For adults swimming is a wonderful alternative to the more taxing weight bearing exercises typically engaged in. Great for people with injuries or physical limitations.

Great for exercise during pregnancy.

She's very flexible and very knowledgeable about different types of stretches for your body. She is helping me work on my splits and straddle. I usually can get a front left leg split after an hour's session. I highly recommend her for flexibility training.

Lindsay is very in tune with the needs of those she trains. She modifies the exercises to adjust for injuries but makes sure you are still challenged.

I grew up in Michigan and we have lakes EVERYWHERE! I was never a competitive swimmer but I have been swimming ever since I can remember. I have done swim lessons for people from age 4 - 80 and I really enjoy teaching people how to be fun and safe around the water.

Throughout both my high school and collegiate academic careers, I had the opportunity to help my fellow classmates as a peer tutor. In high school I tutored students with learning difficulties in geometry for the National Honors Society. In college I tutored French and organic chemistry. I also served as a mentor for younger students in the use of mass spectrometry. My senior thesis was mass spectrometry-based and I passed my knowledge to these younger students in hopes of catalyzing the continuation of the project.

Jaime was an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TEACHER! He had the ability to work with students who were Pre-K through college. He could relate to them in a way that that fostered mutual trust and provided a safety zone for students to work and grow as life-long learners. I completely and wholeheartedly believe that he has can teach any subject from beginning reading to WHATEVER!
