Wow Sergey is really great at this! My daughter just turned 5 and is still practicing her headstands against the wall hours later. Sergey's advice to have her 'help' me practice MY stretching is a double win and making her more willing to do her pushups and splits too. We are really looking forward to the next class already. I started with Patty's classes in 2001. I was 51 years old and getting pretty beat up by Menopause
and Endometriosis in particular. I was a Jogger for many years but needed to add a good class with
weights and high and low impact exercise to really get into good shape. My best friend recommended
Patty's Classes and rest as they say is History.

Everyone knows that Exercise is critical to good health and if you have any chronic conditions is it
especially important !! Patty's training sessions are the best I have ever gone to - in addition to the exercises, the knowledge
she has imparted to all of us has been just as rewarding. I schedule everything "around" my training.
because I never want to miss and the older I get the more critical it is for me !

It is not an exaggeration by any stretch of the imagination when I say that her training session have saved my life
because it is literally true. I had a serious illness a few years ago that took such a physical toll that there
is no way I could have survived it had I not been in the best physical shape of my life and that was at age 60 !
Oh and her Boot Camp class is the best ever - hands down.

When I began to train with Patty I was a vending machine addict. Patty helped me kick my habit! I would buy 4 pops a day @ $1.25. This added up to $100 a month. I would also buy other vending machine items, totaling up to an additional $40.00 a month.
My work junk food vending machine habit ran me $140.00 a month...which pays for over half of what I spend in training with Patty! When people tell me I must be rich to have a trainer, I tell them "I just stopped eating and drinking crap and it pays for my sessions"...people don't realize how much they spend on junk food....hope this helps someone else! What makes the Skype workout so convenient is, that I can literally get up, go to the living room and start my workout. I do not have to leave my home and that makes it so much easier to continue on with exercise. It is the perfect amount of working out. My name is Don. I am excited that you have chosen to review my sport performance coaching experience and qualifications. I am equally honored that you are considering working with me to improve your own sport performance and enjoyment.

I am a sport, exercise, and performance coach. Although evidence-based applied sport psychology is the primary emphasis in the services I provide, I am also competent, experienced, and excited to provide sport-specific skills training, evidence-based physical training, and evidence-based performance coaching services to athletes, coaches, teams, and parents from a wide variety of sports and sport populations. A unique combination of art and science is an important part of my service delivery framework.

Whether we work on the mental, sport-specific, physical, or performance parts of your
sport, the opportunity to work closely with an individual player, coach or team to help them succeed and enjoy their sport performance and lives more fully is something I consider to be very special and a privilege.

A few of the sports where I have been successful in helping players, coaches, teams, parents of athletes, and others include baseball, bicycle racing, high school cross country and track, high school diving, diving, motocross, lacrosse, soccer, swimming, tennis, and ski racing.

A few things about me. I live in Arvada, Colorado, I am married, and we have two boys. I first experienced the joy of sport as a very young person, and that joy and passion is still with me today. As an athlete I have trained and competed in a variety of sports throughout my life including baseball, football, basketball, tennis, and ski racing. In addition, I raced motocross for over 10 years. Currently, I compete in racing road bicycles. However, it is with the sport of baseball that I have the most experience, both as a player and coach.

My baseball coaching experience includes competitive youth baseball (Pomona Mudcats, Record: 154-66, three World Series appearances and ten major tournament wins), high school junior varsity and varsity baseball (Colorado 5A State Champions), and college baseball (Regis University NCAA Division II). In all three of these programs I was involved with in- and out-of season strength and conditioning. In addition, I was instrumental in designing and teaching mental skills programs.

In addition to significant baseball coaching experience, I am a former Certified Level 3 USA Cycling Coach (and current competitive road racing cyclist). Not only have I safely and effectively increased the muscular strength, aerobic and anaerobic endurance, and speed of cycling athlete-clients, but I have successfully helped cyclists with the mental aspect of training and racing bicycles.

My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with minors in kinesiology (exercise science) and psychology. I have a recent master’s degree in sport psychology, where my master’s degree thesis examined the sources and types of sport-confidence in a sample of recreational and competitive youth baseball players. Lastly, I am currently enrolled in a PhD program in General Psychology, with a continued focus on sport and performance psychology.

While I am competent and comfortable working with athletes of both genders, athletes of all ages and abilities, and culturally diverse athletes, my primary area of research interest is with youth and high school age student-athletes. As such, my doctoral thesis will likely address a topic within this important sport population.

The opportunity to work closely with you to provide sport performance coaching services falls under four areas: applied sport psychology (mental skills), sport-specific skills training, physical training, and life performance coaching. In our work together, we can focus on any one or all of these areas. It is up to you and what you would like to accomplish.

As an athlete do you have doubts about your sport performance before or during competition? Do you perform better in practice than in games? Do you feel so nervous before or during a game that you don't play as well as you could? Do you lose focus during critical times of the game? As a coach do recognize these things in your players or yourself? Parents, do you notice some of these signs in your son or daughter?

If you answered 'Yes' to one or more of these questions, then the applied sport psychology, mental skills, or psychological readiness training that we can work together on will likely provide some help toward playing or coaching at a higher performance level and with more joy and passion.

Most athletes, coaches, and parents of athletes recognize the importance of the mental game in sport. Surprisingly, many mistakenly consider the state of their mind and behavior to be a random performance factor over which they have little control.

However, as we work together on sport psychology approaches to developing the mental aspects of training and competition, I am confident you can consistently achieve your best performances by being psychologically ready to compete.

Some of the mental aspects we can work together on include mental toughness, self-confidence, motivation, focus, imagery, self-talk, coach- and parent- created motivational climate, coach-player relationship, and parent-athlete relationship.

Aside from the mental aspects, addressing the physical aspects means we can work on helping you get stronger, faster, quicker, and more agile for your specific sport.

For the skills training part, we can work to improve the exact skills that are used in your sport, such as pitching, hitting, or fielding.

Finally, if you want to work together on the life performance area, we can address those other things that are part of your life in and outside of sport.

Importantly, the evidence-based performance coaching we can work together on will help you see future possibilities, expand past your limitations, and become a stronger, more alive individual. After all, my goal is to for us to work together so that you get better and become happier and more successful in what you do in your sport and in what you do with your life. Further, it is my belief that it is just as important to develop the whole person as it is to develop sport performance enhancement and athletic excellence.

Whether you are a player, coach, or parent of an athlete, and regardless of the area or areas you decide are most important, my coaching approach is an athlete, coach, and team-centered approach.

This means I am committed to your positive sport performance growth and development. This person-centered approach also means that I recognize that you are the expert in your sport, and I need to take the time to learn about your sport from your perspective. Too, it means that the working relationship between you and I is the most important thing needed for your success. Finally, trust, rapport, genuineness, and a belief in you as a unique, valuable, and highly functioning person defines my athlete, coach, and team-centered approach. This approach makes it much more fun, personal and rewarding for everyone involved!

Lindsay put together mommy and me ballet lessons for my 2 year old and I. We looked forward to our lessons and she kept my daughter engaged and having fun the entire time. Over the course of a year, not only did we have a lot of fun doing ballet together, she actually learned a few basic steps and is comfortable with the rhythm of warming up, dancing, then cooling down. Having Lindsay live online was much better than a video because she interacted with Skye and could adjust the lesson to keep her involved. I enjoyed dancing with my daughter and getting a little stretch and workout in each time as well.

I am new to the game of golf, but have had a couple golf lessons prior to working with Keith, which gives me a credible reference point for his teaching style.

The entire experience of working with Keith was fantastic! His corrections are spot on without being overwhelming, his patience is admirable, and his excitement and love of the game was infectious! I truly wish that I could "take lessons" from him weekly. He gets best instructor ever status from me!

To begin with let me say I am a martial arts instructor. I'm not a Yoga person, music teacher, actor or some other part timer and all of my reviews are from actual students who have taken classes with me in the martial arts and in various disciplines.

Ron has been actively teaching a diverse population of tai chi players since 2006 and has been involved in the martial arts as a student and instructor for over 40 years.
Ron also guides a group of local instructors, most who attend his lessons at Midwest Tai Chi Self Defense n Burlington Wisconsin regularly.


There are ongoing classes at the Kenosha Moose Lodge (Yang 24, Yang 32 Sword, TCBP, TCK,TCO, TCR, TCA Part 2 and Seated, TCE) and a Saturday morning TCA class at the Kenosha Senior Cente. Ron's ongoing relationship with the University of Wisconsin Parkside Kenosha is where he's involved in community outreach through the Mini Course program.

Master instructor Ron Pfeiffer has also been teaching Taiji Zen and the 13 Essential Forms for several years now and believes in the Beauty and Depth of this particularly powerful Tai Chi Chuan set developed by Jet Li in China.

Ron's journey into Health Fitness began in 1978 with various martial arts. In 2014, he was honored to be recognized through the International Sungjado Association for his over 35 years with a Doctor of Philosophy in Martial Science Degree.

All 30 to 60 minute lessons are designed for individual participants. Your goals are my guide.

My experience with Ron Pfeiffer has been that he is an excellent teacher. I started in Beginner's Class at U.W. Parkside learning Tai Chi for Beginners' and later Tai Chi for Energy. He is friendly and yet detailed in his approach. He works with each student & improves their for forms. He has more Teaching Certificates than anyone I know and yet always goes back to the basics. I have earned two Teaching Certificates : Tai Chi for Energy and Tai Chi for Diabetes. I've worked to improve Yang 24 Form by attending classes in Burlington, WI. I talk classes weekly with Mr. Pfeiffer at the Moose Lodge & Senior Center in Kenosha, WI. I he is not available, classes go on with other Senior Students from his dojo in Burlington, WI. He is a teacher with a wealth of knowledge and I would recommend him to friends and family of all ages.

Chris 'Push' started dancing in 2003 while in highschool.
In 2012, Push taught a yearlong Youth Breaking Program in Queens for ages 4-16, along with adult workshops. He also has partnered up with the non-profit ISA to hold Breakin' workshops.

h also went on tour with Days of Wild to the Montauk Music Festival in 2014, 2015, & 2016 performing shows at Zum Schneider, The POINT, Surf Lodge, the Sloppy Tuna,the Montauk Beach House, The Light House, & on The Green head line show.

Push Became a resident teacher since 2014 at PMT Dance Studio (NYC) and hosted their weekly breakin' sessions 'Essential Sessions' as well as hosted & produced Monthly & Annual Battles. Push also entered the freestyle battle 'Urban Renewal' with Freestyle Expression member Chihiro Cute-Beat making Top 8 in 2014 and Final 4 in 2015. In 2015 he began teaching in Brooklyn for Coming Scope Dance Studio and from 2015-2016 hosted 'Prop Circle Sessions' for freestyle dancers.

In 2017, Push traveled to Japan and was invited as a guest for High Strokes exhibition freestyle battle. Now back in New York City, Push has done numerous promotional work for companies such as SONY, Hyperbolic, & Visa. He also performs for private lessons, parties, weddings, & birthdays throughout NY & NJ.

For 2018, Push has started to release his Online Breakin' Course for beginner & advanced students as well as another performance workshop for Soho Playhouse.
