Fitness isn't rocket science. I feel like there is so much mis-information out there about how to lose weight and excersise effectively and it's easy to get confused. I feel like EVERYONE should be able to learn about what works and what doesn't so that you can reach your goals without feeling discouraged by constant setbacks or "yoyo diets". The reason I'm here, is to ensure safety, good results, and proper emotional/social support while you work on your diet and physical fitness. I want the whole experience to be fun :)
The first session will be a quick chat with me about your health history, injuries, past/current workout experience, physiological assessments (heart rate/ height /weight / posture) and of course your fitness goals :)
Then we will do a few simple fitness assessments to give me a better idea of where you are currently followed by a starter workout.

Hello- I believe stretching your whole body everyday is so crucial even if you only stretch for 5 minutes a day.
As we get older we loose flexibility throughout our entire bodies. Stretching helps people let go of tension they hold in their bodies throughout the day.
If a person is disciplined enough and stretches throughout the week eventually they will notice they have more flexibility and fluidity in their entire body.
I would love for you to come do a Total Stretch with me of your entire body whenever you can- You will feel much better, less chance of pulling muscles through out your body and your overall posture will improve.
