My personal experience of Tai Chi Chuan have two different ways training model. first Zen Fit, For the people who don't want spend a yearly time just focus on tai chi forms,Zen Fit base on Tai Chi Chuan,but easier,we only focus on few movements on the class,and you will still get what you look for such as improve balance,body coordinate ability,great option for beginner level.2,Tradition Tai Chi training,this type of training normal take a little long to get into the great Tai Chi experience,but for the time you spend,worth it,not only learn Tai Chi forms,you will also learn Tai chi skill,culture,such as Ying/Yang,some of people very into the Tai chi Culture,they enjoy to spend more time to learn tai chi,and this is the one you are looking for. In honor of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we had Hu join a company-wide event for tai chi lessons.

Hu was a great instructor. He broke down the poses so even beginners like me can follow easily.

Zac is an outstanding trainer! He is super knowledgeable not only in exercises and nutrition but also the "how" and "why" behind things. I used to be really lazy to be honest but Zac taught me to enjoy getting out and doing things. He worked with me on my goals to change my diet and took me for long walks in the woods on routes that he knows well. He always encourages me to do more but never pushes me to a point of frustration. "When I spoke with Frank on the phone, he was apologetic that there will be construction going on during the private parkour lesson in the facility.
