I'm Valentina and I'm Italian, born and raised in Torino, Italy. Since I was young I use to speak french with my dad and I use to loved it!
I studied it at school too and I've traveled a lot of time to the close France to practice and learn more about the french culture. I've just moved here in Michigan and I'm very excited to share the beautiful and romantic French language with you! I have been teaching French for the past 2 years. As far as my teaching experience goes, I have previously tutored French for young students ranging in age from elementary school to adults while I still lived in Turin.
I’m outgoing, versatile and enthusiastic to share everything about this wonderful language, culture and traditions.

I first started learning French when I was in high school and was amazed at how many similarities it shared with Spanish (which both descend from Latin) which helped me to pick up things a lot faster. I have since lived in the "French House" (at the Foreign Language Student Residence, part of on-campus housing at BYU) for two semesters where residents are required to speak their target language while in their respective apartments. I also took a third-year advanced grammar French class while at college while living in the French House. French is just an awesome language to learn!

I love that (for a part of it) he recorded me so I could hear what I sounded I sound like speaking French -very helpful!! He has given me just enough to work on between lessons and left me motivated for what's to come!"
