I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. I love to teach Spanish in such a way that my students may be able to have conversations comfortably with Spanish-speakers.

Growing up bilingual, allowed early exposure to the Spanish Language. Being brought up using two languages and two different cultures, allowed me to learn the challenges and benefits of learning another language. Which I feel helps me be a better teacher, understanding the challenges students may face but also sharing the benefits learning a foreign language has.

I was born, raised and college educated in México. I speak with a neutral accent and empathize with learners of a second language, since I have been one most of my life. English is my second language. I have 12 years of experience teaching ESL to adults, and started teaching ELE (Español como Lengua Extranjera) in October of 2018. I love teaching about Latin culture, I have traveled to Mexico, Spain and I was born in Colombia so I can get my students into a full immersion to different point of views, activities, places. I am an excellent listener so I will love to get to know first my students goals and then walk the path together to finally meet those goals. I am very friendly and patient.

I was born in Italy in a bilingual family. I grew up speaking Italian and Spanish, I then start learning English and German in school. When it was time to decide my education I had no doubts, I wanted to perfect my knowledge of English and Spanish. I decided to move to Milan to get my BA in Interpreting and Translation at IULM University. Becoming a translator gave me a unique insight of what languages and words are all about, what learning a language really means, and the realization that it is a lifelong process and commitment.

There's always something to improve, there's always something to learn, and that's the beauty about it.
