Vania is an excellent Spanish instructor

I've taken many Spanish lessons that have ranged from various software programs to personal tutors. Vania is great. She knows how to relate with each person in order to convey concepts. She's the best I have worked with.

She's also very accommodating, since I tend to change my schedule around a lot. She is always flexible to accommodate. Vania is simply great.

I was having a lot of trouble in English all year and it wasn't until I started working with Elyssa that my writing and reading got better. Thanks to her, I ended up getting a 92 on the regents. She is also one of the the sweetest people I've ever met and I can't wait to work together again next year.

Eric is a great teacher of Spanish. He is very professional and methodological in his classes. He uses a lot of different study materials, including online apps that are geared to the topic he is covering. He can switch gears and help in preparing our high school son for his school tests. I have used Eric for about 5 years now, and he took me from speaking basic Spanish to exceeding more courses definition of Advanced quickly. His teaching background and patience make him an ideal teacher, and he is able to find material that pushes you to the next level well. Now my South American wife has to be polite about me when she speaks to her family about me!

En Colombia cantamos, ven, cante conmigo!

In Colombia we sing when we talk, not really but thats what we say. My favorite language is my first and I'd love to teach a natural and accessible tongue.

About Johan
To me, there are few things that are more rewarding then seeing someone take on a new idea and make it their own.
I am primarily a musician, working in the city but find that teaching others both the language of music and my native tongue, Spanish, are a fascinating and positive way to give back to my community.
Creativity, honesty, and patience are the pillars I work off of; and I know full well that each person requires something different of me, so I will always work towards tailoring the learning process to you and your needs.

I have been teaching Spanish for well over 20 years. My classes are very dynamic, creative and full of enthusiasm, with lots of fun material for adults, and children as well. Although I target the four skills for learning a language properly, I focused my classes on speaking; my greatest satisfaction is to see my students speak fluently in their second language. You'll have lots of fun, will learn lots of things, including grammar without noticing it , and will have a ton of fun!!! HAPPY LEARNING!!!

About Rosalba Rocio
My passion is to teach my native language as a second language. When it is well taught and learned, it sounds wonderful.
