I have always known I have had some kind of voice. I started doing lessons with Peter for not only vocals but also guitar. He has helped me explore the different ranges my voice can actually hit and how to add more emotion into a song. In one lesson just today, he made a song that i perfomed which sounded okay in the beginning of the lesson sound 10x better and to the very best of my ability by the end of the lesson. Every lesson is alot of help! He is great at understanding how to work with people whether it is vocally or trying to learn to play guitar - he uses great techniques for understanding and will work at the perfect pace appropriate for the student. He makes learning guitar and singing very fun. Highly reccomended!

I am Peter's father, so obviously this review will be a little biased. And, I have never taken a lesson from Peter, as I am not a musician and do not play an instrument. BUT, I can say this: Peter is hard-working, conscientious, and devoted to his profession. He is passionate about music and about teaching, and genuinely cares about each student. AND, he knows how to make learning fun! (Evidently he inherited that trait from his mom, who teaches English and Spanish). So, hire Peter! He's the best!

I found Peter to be very intelligent and very knowledgeable. Peter was great in not only classical styles of playing but also jazz which really kept me engaged! I especially liked the way he taught music theory alongside some of the standard learning points like scales and such. Overall I had a delightful experience with this teacher. If Peter ever moves back to my area I would love to take lessons with him again!

Hello! Hola! Benvenuto! My name is Christopher S. and I am a classical guitarist, composer, polyglot, and experienced language and music teacher.

I am a recent graduate with a Masters of Music degree from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, MA. There I studied with the world-renowned guitarist Eliot Fisk who is a direct student of the legendary guitarist Andres Segovia.

Currently I work part time teaching 12 students guitar at the University of South Carolina, in Columbia. I also I teach ukulele, Spanish, Italian, and English to a variety of students online. At the same time I am pursuing a Doctoral degree from the university to strengthen my skills as a guitarist and expand my knowledge as a teacher for higher education. I have also just completed my debut album titled, "Anima - The Music of Spain and Italy for the Gu
itar."

This album is a tribute and memorial to an amazing journey I had traveling and living in Europe for 3 years.

After I graduated from my undergraduate degree, I realized that in order to better my skills as a musician and become the guitar teacher I wanted to be I had to travel abroad. I moved to Seville, Spain where for three years I studied the art of classical and flamenco guitar.

I studied with a international known Spanish guitarist named Francisco Bernier at the Conservatory in Seville. During this time I was also teaching English as a second language to high school and middle school students. From traveling and spending so much time in Europe, I also developed and studied my love of languages and I became fluent in Spanish and Italian.

The experienced was an experience of a lifetime and I made many friends working and living abroad that to this day, I still keep in contact with.

The Pedagogical Foundations Of EnglishCentral

Wojciech (pron. Voytek) is the newly appointed Music Director of the Summerville Orchestra in Summerville, SC. He was selected from an international field of 63 applicants, and is actively working on growing the music scene in the Summerville community.

Prior to his arrival in Summerville, Wojciech spent four years in New Mexico, working as a professional musician and completing his graduate degree at the University of New Mexico, where he studied Orchestral Conducting with Dr. Jorge Perez-Gomez, Piano & Opera Coaching with Dr. Kristin Ditlow, and clarinet with Prof. Keith Lemmons.

At UNM, he was the Assistant Conductor of the UNMSO, and the first Music Director/Co-founder of the Health Sciences Center Orchestra (HSCO) of UNM. Other conducting engagements apart from UNM have included work as a guest conductor with the Albuquerque
Philharmonic Orchestra and Music Director with Landmark Musical Theater.

In addition to conducting, he still maintains an active performing career – he has performed professionally on both piano and clarinet with organizations such as the National Broadway Tour of “Wicked”, New Mexico Symphonic Chorus, San Juan Symphony, and the Roswell Symphony. In Albuquerque, Wojciech also served as the accompanist/pianist at the First Unitarian Church of ABQ, and has worked with Opera Southwest in various capacities.
