In addition to studying Classical Latin for 9 years, I have helped elementary school, middle school and high school students with Latin grammar, vocabulary, and word structure. I am interested in helping teenagers and adults better understand and remember every facet of this remarkable language. I work with Latin students on Latin-to-English and English-to-Latin translations, and I'm familiar with many courses, such as Wheelock's Latin, Henle Latin, and Ecce Romani. Working together, we aim for complete mastery of the Latin language!

About Natalie

For more than 11 years, my goal as a tutor has been steadfast: I help students learn more and make progress in their studies. I don't just teach them how to count, read, and write: I show them how to build on their skills and reach their true potential. I know from my own experience how hard it is t

My son has been working with Natalie on SAT practice tests, mainly on the English portion of the SAT. Her style of teaching is to help him thinking through the problems and the ways to tackle them. So at the end of the day, my son is learning the tools to solve a problem/answer a question correctly. When he is doing the tests himself, Natalie’s approach is stuck with him. Overall, his time in Natalie’s class has been well spent. I am also glad to see that with all these remote learning at his school, he is able to get one-on-one attention every week to truly learn something and get him prepared for SAT.

My 14 year old daughter worked with Natalie weekly over a 2 month period to prep for the SSAT and HSPT. She did a fabulous job helping my daughter prepare; she was super knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. My daughter has so much confidence going into her tests, thanks to Natalie. We highly recommend her!!!

I love working with beginner and intermediate musicians from those starting off in their school bands to adults wanting to reconnect to their instrument, or learn for the first time!
I've taught for more than 20 years. I structure lessons with a foundation of the basics, exercises and etudes, and literature. Music should be a rewarding journey that I want to share with you!

I've been teaching flute and band instruments for 20+ years and my students have gone on to enjoy making music, earning highest ratings at competitions, and having fun. Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to make your first sounds and as time goes on you'll be able to play pieces of music you enjoy. I specialize in focusing on basic skills which will allow you to grow as a musician as time goes on. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels and I can't wait to meet you!

About Mitzi

My musical journey started when I was 9 years old when I decided that I wanted to learn to play the flute. I'll never forget my first flute teacher, and I would love to help you reach your musical goals! Recently I have had the opportunity to open my own music studio in my house, and I am thrille

I've been teaching American Sign Language for 5 years, and signing myself for 18 years, and my students have gone on to develop a love for ASL, Deaf people, and Deaf culture. Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to carry on a simple conversation in the language, and as time goes on you'll be able to feel totally at ease with Deaf people. I have great online tools you can use for free to practice between lessons, and I'm flexible with any other resources we use. I can't wait to meet you!

About Carla

I have been signing since 1998, spending every chance I can among my Deaf friends and immersing myself in the language as often as possible. I received my BA in Music with a certification to teach at Lubbock Christian University in 1998. Later I attended the Interpreter Certification program at Burl
