German started in my extended family and has gradually become a central part of my life. First I studied German for five years in grammar school. Then I traveled to Germany multiple times, and hosted Couschsurfers from Germany and Austria. My nephews are being raised bilingual in English and German, and I have both native and second language German speakers in my nuclear and extended family. Having this broad perspective on how German fits in the landscape of international communication, I can adapt a students' education to fit their needs whether it be in mastering school skills or learning German for travel, work or to build relationships.

Hallo liebe Studenten! Wilkommen ins Deutch Klasse! Welcome students! My name is Alex Boyt and I am a theatre artist so in addition to teaching acting classes, I teach german as well! I studied german for 3 years in high school, and another 3 years in between and at my undergrad. A good friend of mine in high school moved to my school from Germany and some of his family members only spoke german so I learned a lot more just through being around native speakers. I am conversationally fluent and have a strong foundation when it comes to grammar, sentence structure, and verb conjugation. As a native German I can teach you German on a high level! The best way to do that is starting with a simple conversation. Learning through talking, gestures and pictures is the most natural and easy way to be successful in a new language!

As I'm from Hanover I speak the cleanest German with no accent at all! My knowledge of grammar and syntax will help you to learn the 'correct' German!

I can assist in beginning German or intermediate level of German. I am not completely fluent, but I studied it for many years throughout high school and college.

A graduate with a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Education with majors in Spanish (Native Speakers' fluency) and German
( Native Speakers' fluency) in Language, Literature, and History, and Piano/Vocal Performance (Music); and minors in French Studies (Language and Culture), Italian, Linguistics, and Interpreting/Translation.

He has spoken German and Spanish since the age of 11 due to his German upbringing with a German step-father as well as his Hispanic background from his real father. He also studied at
Die Hochschule der Musik und Darstellende Kunst, Wien, Osterreich (Vienna, Austria) and has been active in the Latino communities in the USA. He speaks Spanish at home and Italian with his Italian friends.

He has a B.A. and M.Ed. (majors in Spanish, German, Music (Vocal/ Piano Performance); minors in French, Italian, and Interpreting/Translations ). He is fluent-native speaker fluency to teach all the above languages in addition to Tagalog and Cebuano (Visaya). He

I first started learning German due to a serendipitous move to Oklahoma following my junior year of high school. I have since really grown to love the German language and ended up getting a BA in German Studies (jointly with a BA in Spanish). I really love German literature, whether it's Goethe or Michael Ende, and I really enjoy Beethoven, Mozart, Bach, Händel, and also Lieder (Shubert's "Erlkönig" being my favorite). I am also a huge fan of Die Prinzen. I consider myself an expert in grammar-related topics (including verb conjugation, cases, Konjunktiv I and II, etc.) but am also willing to teach vocabulary, pronunciation, and other topics.
