I studied Foreign Languages in Havana University, Cuba, which is a top notch place to study in the whole world. Before studying there, I was a sad victim of the thought that languages were too hard or I wasn't good enough for them. After many years, I discovered there's no such a thing as "impossible" when it comes to learning a new language. With my own experience, I found an easier, faster, and more fun way to learn English. If you are tired of trying... then, I want to come into your scenary to show you what I can do for you. Let me in and you won't regret it!
My biggest passion is to see my students succeed in their language goals, and later on hear them say to others... "My teacher/friend Andriel helped me get as fluent and confident as you see me now." With over 15 years of experience in teaching languages, I think anyone with the needed drive can lea
Great teacher and great personalized methods.
I highly recommend Andriel!

Making students feel their second language is useful is key when being in an ESL class. That is why I focus on making my classes related to their needs and preferences. I find also important talking about real life issues to promote giving opinions and enriching their vocabulary. Moreover, I know that most online ESL students have a tight schedule so instead of focusing fully on grammar perfection I try to motivate them to watch videos and discuss what they saw or understood from them and to answer online tasks related to the topic to make it more interactive.
I enjoy teaching English because I get to see my students' progress and help them become better speakers while having fun discovering a new version of themselves. I see speaking another language as acting, you just have to try it to find out, and sometimes improvising and making a fool of yourself

Thanks to my background in Phonetics/Linguistics and Education, I am able to target specific pronunciation issues and practically how to fix them. I love teaching and mentoring, especially in regard to language as I am a language learner myself. I have spent time as an Au Pair in Italy, where my main job was teaching Italian children the English language. After spending time in a small, non-English speaking town in Italy, I understand the difficulty that comes with learning a language (especially Italian!) and the best strategies that have worked for me and people I know. Thanks to my education background, I also know the strategies proven to be more effective and lasting. My second language is Italian and I understand a bit of Spanish as well.
Perche studiavo educazione e logopedia all'università, sono un esperto della pronuncia inglese. Non solo questo, ma anche come pronunciamo le parole praticamente. Adoro insegnare, soprattutto le lingue perché sto imparando le lingue ...
