With Emmanuelle I took a few dance/acting workshops. She has a very positive and constructive energy, making a space where students feel comfortable to take those artistic risks, and put everything they have out on the table. In her workshops she taught us by example how to commit to every movement, and how to stay in character while still focusing on the movement.
David and Emmanuelle throw their whole heart into everything that they do; this makes them inspirational teachers and mesmerizing actors. They are generous with their time and extremely encouraging. However, these two are not afraid to challenge you, and it is because of this that under their direction I grew so much as an actor. David and Emmanuelle truly are an inspiring, talented and commited pair of teachers."
We went home happy, with 2, 3, 4, and 1 on my minds."
And they're not alone!

*** Lesson Details ***
Through my methods of teaching a student could excel, learn, and become an accomplish musician at any age. I work within the age group that is, to teach in the level of that student in
I am emphatic about learning music I cover all the grounds in music such as theory the basics to harmony and my favorite songwriting and get you to play what you like
I have worked with all ages and the one thing I know in the beginning is to make that student feel comfortable and to get the attention from that student so they can learn, play, and most importantly have fun with it.
I show students time management in their studies how to practice in such a little time I plan each lesson and if the lesson is not right for that day I quickly go into a second plan. I can always detect if the plan does not go well because there is one thing a teacher must know and that is to teach in the level of the student and not beyond so they can succeed properly and move on to the next level.

Justin Pollinger is a vocal coach, singer, performer, and educator based out of Jersey City, NJ.
During his high school years, Justin discovered his passion for music and education. Kenneth Brown, his former choral teacher, and mentor recognized Justin's untapped potential. He currently studies under Melissa Perry (Westminster Choir College, Temple, and post-graduate work included 750 hours with Maestro Vittorio Rosetta of La Scala) While doing studies at Westminster Choir College, he studied with Tenor Eric Rieger (Eastman School of Music).
Justin founded and directed The A Cappella Choir of Middlesex County. After a successful first year and a full-length album, The A Cappella Choir sang at Carnegie Hall for the premiere of Eric Whitacre's electronic opera "Paradise Lost: Shadows and Wings"
Justin was the head of the choral department at the New Dover United Methodist Church in Edison, NJ. He directed and musically directed production's of The Rocky Horror Show at the Villagers Theater in Somerset, which subsequently moved to The Den Nightclub and ran for 2 consecutive years.

As a performer, Justin was seen as a backup singer in the Bryan Hansen band. He has participated in theater all over NJ and is frequently hired for studio session work. He recently contributed backing vocals for Mike Wells' upcoming third studio album.

"Justin is so much fun to work with and always makes me feel good about performing, even when I get discouraged. He has helped me to discover a side of my voice that I didn't even know I had."
- Debbie Lingel
"Justin has been a miracle worker with my vocal development. I have gone through several instructors for numerous years and no one could tell me how to actually find my own voice. Justin was able to do that immediately and I was sold! Since then it has been a gratifying experience with our weekly lessons. Knowing I have Justin's techniques in my arsenal of tools make me a much more confident artist on stage. I can't thank him enough!

I started studying with Justin in September 2013. He's so incredibly realistic. He lacks any form of pretense and his personality is so magnetic. Every time I walk into my lesson, I'm ready to go. He creates an atmosphere that is just so easy to adjust to, and he listens. I'm so grateful to have found him. In a little less than a year, he's helped me restore confidence in my vocal ability and gain back years of lost discipline in such a short time. He will hold you accountable without alienating you and for me that's invaluable. If you're looking for someone warm, but disciplined, Justin is your guy.

Organic acting is the best. Organic acting is a truthful approach, meaning you're in the moment, spontaneously reacting as you go. You can only learn it in front of a live audience, or a very, very good teacher. Preferably both! The video below offers some good tips to help you get in the right mindset.
I’m an award-winning actor, writer, and director, here in New York City. And I’m also an acting coach because I love acting, and I love teaching young and new actors.
I’ve had many great teachers and I really enjoy sharing what I’ve learned from them, and also from my own personal experiences, to help you elevate your own acting.
Write me with any questions. And again, please WATCH MY VIDEO introduction below!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
