About Jeremy
I am an accomplished performing musician that has experience playing many different instruments in multiple styles. I believe first and foremost that learning music should be fun and exciting with an emphasis on self exploration and communication. It's these qualities in my own musicianship that have helped me grow a true love of music and have pushed my career forward as a performer.

*** Lesson Details ***
In lessons I use a shifting curriculum that is made to work with the needs of each individual student. I firmly believe in the importance of learning to read music and learning some bas
ic music theory, in my experience this helps the student grow from being able to reproduce the music of others to eventually developing a unique style and sound. After three to six months my beginning level students typically feel comfortable enough to play with other musicians confidently.

*** Studio Equipment ***
The In-Studio lessons take place in the living room seating and a guitar are available. 1 cat and 1 small dog kept separate during lessons.

*** Travel Equipment ***
I will provide all of the necessary educational tools such as listening samples, and printed off hand outs. The student needs to have their own instrument, staff paper and a pencil.

Jeremy is a gifted musician and teacher. He is very encouraging and knows a lot. I felt very comfortable learning banjo from him, and feel like I gained a VERY solid base for continuing with the instrument. Thanks a lot!

First off all I have to say is the when I started the lessons I though that I wouldn't like it but Mrs. KeLee I knew instantly that I would like it just because of her. As the months go by she helped me with a lot. Like my stage fright, and speaking out. And just for what she has done for me I'm am totally grateful to her for believing in me and helping me succeed. She is a great person and teacher and I hope others think so as well.

I have worked with Alexandra in the performance realm as an artist. She is by far one of the most eloquent artist and performer that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her work ethic is unparalleled. She is committed and kind. Most importantly, Alexandra has put in the years as an artist to develop her skills. She has a deep understanding of her work and has life experience as one of Cirque du Soleil's acclaimed performers. I highly recommend Alexandra as a teacher and mentor.
