Having spent a lifetime on the stage in many roles, many capacities, I have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge pertaining to all facets of performing; be it theater, television, film. While not subscribing to one particular "method", I stress "reacting, not acting", and believability of performance. All ages and experience levels have benefited from my approach. Whether a student is an aspiring actor, or a working actor sharpening their skills or prepping for an audition, I provide a solid foundation and practical knowledge and guidance.

About Glenn

I have been active in the entertainment industry since the age of 12, when I gave my first professional performance. Prior to that I was already being introduced to music with years of guitar, and then vocal instruction. I do not remember a time of my life when I was not singing somewhere; in the h

I look forward to helping you discover your stronger, clearer, more expressive speaking voice. We'll create an individualized plan based on your goals and needs. Do you need to build confidence and beat stress? Would you like to speak with greater resonance, volume, clarity, pronunciation, stamina, and/or technique? In my studio, students learn with an emphasis on action and experimentation, rather than imitation. This is especially helpful for people who have tried repetition or ear training and want to do something different. It's also especially useful for those who rely on a strong and healthy voice for their profession. In addition to speaking technique, we work on breathing, movement, and posture as essential companions to a rich vocal life. I'm here to help you discover and embody your own special, powerful voice!

About Jennifer

If conventional approaches to improving your speaking voice aren't working for you, I can help. A teacher since 1999, I draw on a wide range of experiences and techniques. I can work with you to create an easy, enjoyable plan.I've worked with children, high school/college students, professional act

Jennifer has identified several ways that I use my voice inefficiently (my description - she is much kinder in her choice of words). My homework is concrete and substantive enough so that I can experience a different way of speaking. One example is what to do with my tongue when I say specific words. I think this could make a real difference for me.
I enjoyed my conversation with Jennifer. She taught me some useful exercises that help to cope with my stress. Look forward to the next lessons with Jennifer. Thank you!
Jen is great! Knowledgable and kind.

"I had just met Chad briefly before we started working together. I will never forget working with him. He listens to your thoughts and needs and maintains an open line of communication all throughout his teaching process.

As an instructor, he won't stop until anywhere short of what he believes you are capable of as an actor, so when you work with him be prepared to be pushed to your potential."

"Jeremy Kruse is a working actor and an excellent coach who showed me how fun and rewarding a career in film and television could be. Being a student of Jeremy's for almost two whole years, I looked to him as both a mentor and a friend. He taught everything from breaking down a script to being typecast for a role; even going as far to recreate the physical conditions of an audition space. Since departing from the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, he's been supportive of my own endeavors as a rising actor, both putting me in touch with a voiceover coach and encouraging me to take up improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade. I began working with Jeremy my first year of highschool and have witnessed firsthand how well his contagious enthusiasm and cultivated professionalism influences his pupils, no matter their age or level of experience. Now four years later, I can say with confidence that were it not for Jeremy Kruse and my class with him every Saturday for 80 weeks, I wouldn't be as devoted as I am today to pursuing acting as a career."
Took Film and TV Acting lessons from Jeremy K.
"Jennifer has such wonderful warmth, dance expertise and positive presence. Love her!"

"Glenn is a fantastic instructor. I was a beginner to acting, but I've really wanted to learn more about the craft for a long time. Glenn broke down the fundamentals of reading, character development, and script analysis to help make a more believable performance. Now we're getting into blocking and developing the physical aspects of a character. I'm learning a great deal and Glenn's patience and encouragement make him the ideal instructor to learn and grow. Highly recommend!"
Took Acting lessons from Glenn W.
"Amazing class, as always. Uber patient, willing to work on things over and over until I'm comfortable and I've got the instructions I need to work on later, always very punctual.

I wouldn't even consider going with another teacher. Totally recommend!!"

"Kelsey is an amazing teacher. I am a beginner at acting, but she has really made me grow and learn lots of new things. I have improved so much and my confidence has grown. Kelsey knows how to push me while being fun.
Kelsey knows what she is talking about. I would recommend her to anyone."
