Tai chi is "Meditation in motion". My personal experience of Tai Chi Chuan have two different ways training model. First is Zen Fit, for the people who don't want spend a yearly time focus on tai chi forms, so Zen Fit is best option, Zen Fit base on Tai Chi Chuan, we only focus on few movements but mostly we focus on improve balance,body coordinate ability great option for beginner level. Second is Tradition Tai Chi, this type of training normally take a little long time to get into the great Tai Chi experience,but for the time you spend, worth it, not only learn Tai Chi forms, you will also learn Tai Chi skill, culture, such as Ying/Yang, some of people very into the Tai Chi Culture,they enjoy to spend more time to learn Tai Chi. Also I have Tai Chi for senior and Tai Chi practice on chair.
