Tai Chi helps improve balance and flexibility. I have been teaching Tai Chi in the Taoist Tai Chi style since 2009, certified in set leading and beginner instruction. I can teach you two Taoist sequences - the 18 movement as well as the 108 moves. I usually recommend new students learn the 18 moves first, get this memorized and then move into the 108 moves.

Second is Tradition Tai Chi, this type of training normally take a little long time to get into the great Tai Chi experience,but for the time you spend, worth it, not only learn Tai Chi forms, you will also learn Tai Chi skill, culture, such as Ying/Yang, some of people very into the Tai Chi Culture,they enjoy to spend more time to learn Tai Chi.
